Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. The RAM I bought here failed after just one year. Conveniently, they had stopped selling that exact model right when prices had skyrocketed. So when I requested a replacement, they claimed the only option was to refund the original purchase price.
The problem? That amount did not even come close to covering a new one. I had to pay over five times more out of pocket just to replace a defective product that should have been covered.
I did not have the time or energy to drag this through a long dispute, even though consumer law was clearly on my side and they could have resolved it properly. Instead, they chose to hide behind technicalities and leave the customer paying the price.
Customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to offer any fair solution.
Learn from my mistake. Stay alert and think twice before doing business with them.

Cannot create an account without using Google social log-in
Too bad it is impossible to register on their website. The only(?) option for new users is to log-in via Google, but I don't have a Google account and I don't want to create a Google account just for some online shop. And in general I prefer having separate dedicated accounts for every website. Can't think of why they cannot afford to have their own users registration system so they have to rely on a 3rd-party authentication service.

Sorry for a late response. Product was on stock at supplier when you ordered.
Unfortunately another customer to supplier placed an order just before us. Then it became empty and no more phones to get of that SKU. Money is 100% at Klarna before we send. We canselled your order the same day and informed Klarna 2 hours after your order was placed. Klarna use about 2 working days to return the money.

Sells open and used products as brand new.
SSD came in original box and bag with broken "manufacture seal" on both. Fingerprints were all over SSD. Even serial number was different on original packages and SSD. It was probably replaced by RMA but I never got any real information about that from DEAL.no.
It's unacceptable to sell opened products as brand new (and for the price of brand new). Especially SSD, RAM, HDD. How should I know that it wasn't misused?
I don't trust DEAL.no anymore.
