Dårlig service :-(

The perfume I received from De3Bedste was either a fake or poorly warehoused, because it was not of good quality. I have been writing emails to them for more than three weeks now, and have never received a response. I also contacted them via Chat and they told me they would email me, but then they never did. I was waiting to give a rating, to see if they could help me resolve this issue. I almost always give good ratings, and hate to leave a bad rating for any company. However, their lack of response goes beyond disappointing to truly unprofessional. This is the last time I will order from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
