I was a bit worried at the start of the process, but Megan (Koxha) was there to help every step of the way. She kept me updated, was professional, efficient with a genuine caring nature, I couldn't fault a thing.

Louise Lewin took over my sale of my house and ongoing purchase of new house.
She was so helpful & explained things as we went along. This was such a help as buying & selling on my own as an older woman was a minefield.
Reassured me along the journey & answered anything I wasn't sure of.
I would 100 per cent recommend Louise Lewin and DC Law!

Natasha assisted with the purchase of our first home, the transaction went very smoothly and Natasha done everything she said she would at the right times. Her communication was amazing and she was extremely responsive! I couldn’t recommend her and DC law more! Also a big thank you to Megan that stepped in when Natasha was on annual leave.

My experience post move has been appalling. I just found out that 10 months later, my home is still not in my name. The information came about a month a go and was told that it had been referred over to the “expert team” but nothing since. E mails, and calls not being returned And I still don't know why or what the hold up is.

Sonia Jutla our conveyancer was excellent supportive and always at the end of the telephone. We found the process fairly straightforward but the portal seemed not always easy. However we have limited IT skills and only iPad so that may be the reason. Overall extremely positive.

Good communication and service. A few problems with accessing the eway portal but this was resolved.

Harry Cotton and the team at DC Law were excellent when it came to selling my house. They helped me navigate through the complex conveyancing process up to exchange and completion in a calm, informative and helpful manner. What was complex became simple with their support. Whenever I emailed Harry he responded so quickly I wondered if he ever had time off! And the e-Way app they asked me to download was easy to use, with prompts of what to do next and easy access to the many documents involved. Who would have thought that there is even an app to help you sell your house! Overall, a fantastic five star service!

I found our conveyancer Lisa Rimmer helpful and informative, doing a thorough job, including chasing ITL Mortgages (difficult to track down). However, we feel we were not kept well enough informed during the middle stages of the process, which was stressful. Lisa was difficult to access and sometimes slow to respond to emails. However, she was helpful with my many enquiries. We were also given differing dates for completion by DC Law and Foxtons, our estate agents, which was confusing. Lisa did a great job during the last 2 weeks of completion, keeping us updated and clarifying the situation.

All I will say is buyer beware! I had the misfortune to deal with DCLaw over my attempt so gift my son money towards the deposit of his first property. I admit I was uncomfortable about the whole AML situation, and I did sound off about it. After that, when I emailed asking for assistance, I was ignored for 3 days - yet when my son asked a question on my behalf he got an immediate response. Armalytix were asking for details of ALL my bank accounts, not just the one that would demonstrate source of funds - THIS IS NOT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. When I had a financial services professional send the legally obliged documents, a response came back that it was insufficient - but no explanation as to why. I was bombarded on a daily basis with automated emails and texts wanting me to confirm my identity and source of funds - even after the details had been supplied. Emails were blunt to the point of being rude, and not spell-checked properly. I never want to deal with DC Law again.

I have been dealing with Nasreen Akhtar for several months now. I have found her exceptional, in her manner and her very efficient nature of getting the job done.
She always kept me informed and prodded others who dragged behind.
