The website states a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days which was OK. But, the charger took 2 months to arrive. Had to chase a lot with little information coming back from them. They said the problem was European holidays. Really!! This is a Chinese run company based in China I think. Cannot recommend at all.

Tried to check item - no reply - decided to buy and paid. No item or response. So, reading this website confirms that they have no intention of performing. Police should be informed.

Card charged but nothing ever arrived. Emailed several times, no reply - no refund.

Dont use dc-battery. I ordered a charger for my Panasonic camera weeks ago. It has never arrived but the money was quickly taken from my bank account. I have contacted several times via their web based contact form but despite their claim that they will 'Respond to queries within 24 hrs' . I am still waiting for a reply, and more importantly my money back !
Just don't bother with them

Ordered 2 batteries, only 1 arrived, followed up with several emails but no reply whatsoever, nearly 2 weeks now, I'm appalled, wished I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. No contact back from company whatsoever!!!

Ordered charger several months ago and money was taken out of my account soon afterwards. The product did not arrive and like the other reviewer have sent several emails which have been ignored. You should NOT buy anything from this company unless you wasn't to loose your money.

I ordered two batteries for my Olympus camera on 8th September. I e-mailed the company on 19th September and again on 2nd October regarding non receipt and to date I have not received a reply. Sadly by the time most people read this they too will have fallen victim to this scam. How is it that companies like this are allowed to continue trading?

ordered a battery charger for an Olympus camera back in July. Still waiting for it. No answer from their customer service page or from the phone number. Just a rip off company I reckon I, and need to be policed some how.

I purchased a battery for my Nikon D-40 and more than a month passed and nothing, that was 2nd March 2014. So I tried lodging queries to see what was taking so long. Like most of the others responding to this sham of a company I kept getting automated responses saying someone will get back to me - no response to date.

I only spent under £ 15 and had so much going on so I didn't pursue it. Felt the banks wouldn't be helpful since I let a couple of months go by. But I really cannot let these con artists go without pointing them out to potential future customers. At this point the only way I will be satisfied is if these highway robbers reimbursed my money and additional penalty for having caused undue duress and loss of my time. Stay clear of this scam.

Ordered charger on 14july and transferred cash via visa, on following
the order I found it was not completed and the payment was ignored.
I contacted by Email on 14, 15, &16 with no reply other than one response ref the REPRESENTATIVE to reply in one working day.
On the 17 I contacted my visa bank (dispute section) who seemed to be aware of the company (SCAM) and the payment was returned to my account on the 18. NOT A PLEASANT OUTFIT BE IT IN THE UK OR HK.
Can you award a quarter star and hope they sit on the point. Jeff G.

another one duped. Ordered a charger a month ago , they were quick to take my money. Sadly paid with a Visa Debit card. The charger still has not arrived- I got the standard reply of my enquiry being allocated to a representative and then total silence in spite of more prompting from me. They also operate in Nw Zealand - under the same name - the same bunch of crooks.
I've contacted my bank and am trying to get my money back through Charge Back. Where to next ?? Ombuds man-Trading Standards- World Pay ? If paying with Paypal let them know as they don't want to be dealing with crooks either. A letter to their service provider might help as well.

I chose a cable and charger for my camera. Nothing. Emails to DC-Battery received an automated reply. But then suddenly, out of the blue ....... nothing happened! KEEP WELL CLEAR.

This is a con faked company. They did not send the product to me either. So I think we should all get together and file a complaint to trading standards.
They are not registered in the companies house and their domain name does not exist, maybe hey got your credit card details and are going to use it.
Check your statements after you purchased with them.

I ordered a battery for my camera from these people and it has not arrived. In the absence of a phone number, I enquired through their automated enquiry system, twice and both times the response was that someone would reply with one working day. Surprise, surprise, nothing more has been heard.
Ok their product is cheap, but only if you actually receive the item. Their service clearly stinks, so woudl not advise anyone to buy from them.
I should have paid by credit card, as that would have given me an avenue to get the money back - not a lot of money, but it is the principle.

Tried again through their automated system and it won't let me post anything - what a cr*p company. Does anyone have a phone number, or email address?

These kind of internet "sellers" completely undermine my confidence in buying anything online with a debit card. It is PayPal, or credit cards in future, so I get some buyer protection and don't end up getting my money STOLEN!

Wish I could tick a button to let the world know what I think of DC Battery.

Introduce a ZERO star rating for people like this!

Unfortunately I did not read any reviews before I ordered a Camera Battery. Seeing they were a large organisation I believed they were a genuine outfit ----- what a mistake.!!!
I sent a few Emails and got a reply indicating that someone would reply within one business day---NEVER HAPPENED!!! what a shower. Put it down to experience, it would seem you have to check everything you get. !!

How do companies like this get away with just stealing your money ??
Why oh Why didn't I read these reviews before I donated my money to their holiday fund.

They took my money and then all communication ended. Fortunately I paid by Paypal, and have now received a refund. Unfortunately I cannot leave a zero rating. I suspect they are trying to get money by deception, either directly or (if paid by a secure means) they have the money for some time earning them interest. Just the interest on many transactions that they eventually have to return could be substantial.
Interestingly Paypal stated in was an 'across border transaction', but I was purchasing in uk, and they claim to be in uk.
However tempting please AVOID DC-BATTERY.CO.UK

They have not sent my item bought on the 27th of Jan.
I have also written twice and not received a reply.
Rubbish company.

I placed two orders 21st January, they have taken my money - No goods received and no responses to numerous emails.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order on 4th of November 2013, took my money, but no delivery since then. Wrote 4 emails, no response to them...
I'm very disappointed, they used to be quite good, placed a couple of orders few years ago, they delivered within 7 days. The goods arrived from Hong-Kong. Now a VERY BAD experience. Don't use this e-shop....
