While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Don't get yourself sucked in with this firm !!!!!

Give your case to this firm if you want DBS to con you and waste your time. This firm is full of rubbish case handlers who don't even know how to fight for your money but are very active to take a big chunk from your compensation. Case handlers are working part time and will only return your calls when they return on duty, that can be up to 6 days.
I will never ever hire this firm again even if it is the only firm left on this planet. AVOID!!!!!!!

Cowboy outfit that keep your compensation!!

They took my case in 2016 and in 2 years 5 different solicitors have taken the case as every few months one leaves and it all starts from scratch again, ended up settling out of court for half of what the defence was offering as they had no one to take it to court the day of the hearing and now 2 months later they have received my compensation and still not paid it to me, their in administration and never return calls or respond to emails and when you do get through they fob you off with excuses and say the person dealing with your case isn't in.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! Avoid at all costs. Had our case (9 people) since Jan 2017, and have now decided they have a lesser chance of success quoting figures from 2015 as their reason. Never return phone calls or answer emails. I am still waiting for their complaints procedure which I’m sure won’t materialise and I will have to chase them for. Would not recommend this outfit at all.
