Mystery solved
Bad review retracted-humble pie well and truly eaten! Model found (at my local post office) although no card or email received from Royal Mail?! Sellers website problems may have contributed to non existent acknowledgement of order, but we got there in the end. Good model at a great price 👍🏻

Hello, unfortunately, we have encountered significant challenges with the website in recent weeks. We have not been receiving emails or notifications regarding orders. To the best of our knowledge, we have not communicated with anyone, as we have been closed since June 20th until this morning. We dispatched the item on June 20th, and we have verified with the post office that they left you a card on June 23rd for collection, which has not yet been picked up.
