Quick easy booking Excellent hotel. Clean. Lovely message on mirror from staff. Cool. Lovely area for breakfast. Access to leisure club was awesome with swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

This site is definitely a scam

This site is definitely a scam. They ask you for a credit card in case you don't show up for your reservation, while you are expected to pay separately at the hotel site. I made a reservation, but when I showed up, the hotel had no record of it. I tried to reach out to DayBreakHotels but their phone message said "We are unable to help you. Good bye." and they did not reply to my emails. Avoid this site at all costs!

Our platform requires a credit card as a guarantee for certain reservations to cover potential no-shows or cancellations beyond the allowed period. This is a standard practice to secure bookings. However, please note that payment is always made directly at the hotel upon arrival. We have not charged your credit card, nor do we have any record of a reservation under your name through our platform. This prompts us to question how you have determined that our service is a scam, as we have no evidence of a booking associated with your details.
If you need further assistance, our Customer Service team is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Italian time via phone, chat, and email. We do not use automated messages to state that we cannot assist customers; if we are unavailable, we clearly indicate this.

Non-existent booking

Booked a hotel through the company and received confirmation. Arrived at hotel to be told they did not have a reservation and the hotel does not work with daybreakhotels

Extremely useful

I was able to find a place to rest up and freshen during my layover and also leave my luggage and explore the city during my stopover. The staff were also helpful and responsive in helping me navigate the booking experience.

Great experience. Exactly what I needed!

Great experience! Exactly what I needed. The website was really easy to use, and was able to book a room to work in for the day. Amazing customer service which is rare. I will definitely be using DayBreak going forward and highly recommend it!

Great platform

I've utilized Daybreakhotels' services multiple times during my business trips to London, and I can't recommend them enough. Their website provides a fantastic user experience and streamlines the booking process, making it incredibly user-friendly. On both occasions when I utilized their services, I encountered zero issues upon hotel check-in. It's an excellent solution for business travelers who frequently require a room solely for the day.

DayBreakHotels sold us a 9-6am 'day…

DayBreakHotels sold us a 9-6am 'day room' at the Hyatt Centric in Miami Beach. When we arrived at 9.20am we were initially told there was no reservation on the system, then they managed to find the reservation from DayBreakHotels but they said had no rooms available currently, but would have one ready 'soon'. They kept saying 'soon' and we were eventually allocated a room at 11:30am. I contacted DayBreakHotels customer services who said it's not their fault if Hyatt don't update their system with real-time availability and Hyatt said it's not their fault if customers book through a third party. Basically customer caught in the middle and no one taking responsibility for selling a room that didn't exist.

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked from the previous night, and they did not communicate the closure of sales in time. Had we been informed earlier, we would have notified you in advance.
It's important to note that the hotel has a valid affiliation contract with us, and by not honoring the agreement and failing to allocate a room, they have breached the terms. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and assure you that we are actively addressing the issue with the hotel to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience on your next visit.

Super Useful

I booked a room for my work trip. The website was intuitive, and I liked that the credit card was not needed for my reservation. I highly recommend DayBreak, it was the perfect solution for me.

Room not available. Useless

Room was not available since the hotel was fully booked. Now my wife and young child are stranded at a lounge at LAX.
This company has one job - book rooms. And it fails at that. This makes their existence 100% useless.
I would not recommend using their services since there is no guarantee of a room when you need it.
Terrible!
