Daybreak games handling of THJ was epicly bad. But now you are reboxing it and selling it as Everquest Legends? Really sad to see how this was handled.

False bans

Daybreak games can't be trusted. Tried to appeal my ban i've been given long time ago. I've never cheated in a game and only got to play "h1Z1-Just survive" for 16 hours before the ban appeared. They even gave different reasons about my ban. Plus they didn't write they had prove for my ban! Bad company and support...

Daybreak customer support is horrible!

Generally I have had great experiences with customer service with daybreak until today. I don’t know who I can go to regarding this but I was inquiring why I didn’t get a CR skip! The rep informed me that it was only source marks and they haven’t given a free cr skip since January. I proceeded to send screen shots of the sale and that I was correct! Then he said you missed out and you will have to wait until January. There was no option to claim the cr skip and when I went to the purchase menu it was asking me for “market Place cash” so of course I wasn’t going to buy market place cash If I can get it for free! So I cancelled. The rep proceeded to call me a liar and that I never did such a thing otherwise I would of gotten it. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and if I did that to a customer I would be fired! The name of the rep is DUNBAR.

On top of it all I was inquiring why I didn’t get it and he just was not helpful what so ever.

Horrible Game moderator

Horrible Game moderator

Got tked by two friendly guy (they are in the same outfit), one put c4 on my lightning and exploded me, the other shotgun me in spawnroom and one resorted to taunt me even more on reddit.

File a ticket against both of them, guess what?

Neither of them got the ban, but my account was banned!

The reason of this is that those 2 players were paid members while I wasn't, and the banning over my account is ridiculous because I was the TKing victim! Where is this fairness DB? There is no judgements at all of their GMs.

EverQuest needs a Policy and GM Overhaul

Perma-banned in EverQuest on 54 accounts that I've spent >$10,000 on over the last two decades, including lifetime subscription accounts. Ban occurred on the Rizlona "boxing" server, reason given was "cheating", and I admittedly used MacroQuest, which is a third party program that the head of studio Holly "Windstalker" Longdale and current community manager "Dreamweaver" were on record (log: pastebin -> DSPXxrg0) saying is OK to use as long as you're not doing active hacks such as warping, afk botting, etc. The companies EverQuest policies are draconic to say the least, especially on a boxing server. The main issue is that GMs who don't understand the game are handing out perma-bans on TLP servers like candy and there is zero recourse for players to recover their accounts. Fix your policies, stop perma-banning your most loyal customers, and stop GMs from going off the rails and ruining your game for people. You may have banned 54 subscribed accounts, howevr you lost closer to 150 subscribers from this action because all of my friends also quit due to the blatant GM/policy abuse. Rizlona guild leaders are openly discussing how they don't trust the customer service team and advising members not to petition other guilds for cheating. EQ is in a bad state of affairs in 2020. Fix your game.

False bans. Daybreakgames do it.

Played one of the h1z1 games. Never cheated or toxic behaviour. They banned my account, and could not appeal my ban. Customer service even gave me different answers to why I was banned , when asked them multiple times. This company is not to be trusted in my oppinion. Terrible experience.

No star would be better.

Sadly I have to give a star, even though there is no option to not give any!

Daybreak games is a terrible company who like to close popular games for no reason.

They closed to games Landmark which was massively popular and brought money in from purchase (then did not refund anyone at all) and then closed H1Z1 Just survive which was the survival zombie game, all in favourite to keep the terrible hacker infested nothing new but terrible gameplay battle royale open... thankfully there is a saturated market with battle royales and all of them are better than H1Z1!

If you want a battle royale... Call of duty warzone is great! Battlefield V firestorm is great! Fortnite is okay but mainly for kids and always evolving! Ring of Elysuim is great and all are free above to obtain, apart from BFV!

I bought the expensive version of H1Z1 and Landmark and put hundreds of hours into both but lost it all, even the money I put into the store for Landmark with purchasing items, all gone! If they allowed us to host a dedicated server or play offline multiplayer with pier to pier then I would be happy because Landmark was amazing... again not made by them but in their hands they screwed up a lot of things.

Daybreak ignore their customers, disregard al and just do what they want and they feel is best, then complain that they are not making enough money. There is no brain cells behind the wheel of the company.

If they post any game at all, please avoid at all cost because it will be a cash grab or they will close it after they made some money. Then again they do not make any new games but buy existing ones... the games I listed where first designed by different companies and then bought by daybreak.

It’s a terrible company and a terrible service.

Horrible Company with non-existent customer service.

I've had two bad experiences with this company, the first I was charged for a DC Universe Online subscription through Playstation Network for a year, before realizing it was happening, no refund, in fact the customer service agent (and I use that term loosely) said, "no refunds for subscriptions" even though I had canceled it, or thought I had, not realizing all the hoops actually needed to cancel it. Second they deleted three of my characters on Everquest 2 when they merged servers, then swore I deleted them, but I didn't, I just didn't choose to activate them because they limited the number of slots I could have (even though I had purchased the game and had all those characters originally). Just a horrible company with horrible customer service agents. They are a puddle in an ocean of MMO companies, but their poor customer service has made them legendary. As others have stated, they marked my complaint resolved, even though I wasn't satisfied and tried to escalate.

Utterly impossible company to deal with !

DCU Online is a great game but it's parent company Daybreak is a S**t-storm of a joke,I created a Daybreak account in order to add in-game funds for the game that I've been playing on and off for several years. What did I get for $20.00 my account BANNED FOR FRAUD for no good reason, they had better NEVER draw funds from my bank ever again. AVOID DAYBREAK GAMES it's a roll of the dice whether you will ever get the goods and or services you paid for!

I play Everquest on the Manglar server and I have to say I love the game but these people who run the service have been the most disappointing. The server keeps crashing without warning and taken down more times then I can count within the last month . There is NO support. I think it is ran by children who don't know w t f their doing . Frustrating since the game is awesome

I had been playing dcuo when it very first launched even through its broken just awfully broken early days and had recieved a bow from the game completly legit way from a mission that showed up invisible, I thought this was odd so I reported myself and they banned me and upon request to un-ban for the false premises they just close the ticket and mark it resolved like do they just sit at their company and click resolved for every case just to inflate numbers.

No Stars

This is truly how bad the service is on this game I only gave a 1 star because it's required to give my comment if it wasn't for that I would give 0 stars. You people are suspending accounts for small petty things such as cursing and have profanity filters on the game instead of making it a suggestion for the players that send these petty reports y'all side with them and go directly to suspension shame on you all as a company.
