It never got here, obviously got lost in transition but really quick to refund the full amount. Thanks

Amazing Customer Service Experience
My Initial orders arrived quickly however there was a fault with one which was a Christmas present for my daughter. over the festive period Kelly got in touch with no quibble agreed to replace the faulty item as soon as they reopened after New Year and was true to her word. The best customer service especially during the festive period. Very, very good experience.
