Confused
I couldn’t understand how as a new customer get my £10 off , there was no mention of it when I went to pay. What is the point to offering it then not make it easy to receive it. I was sent a link from my daughter to…
I was sent a link from my daughter to sign up and receive a code, which would give me 10% off being a new customer, and also give her a voucher for 10% off future orders . I spoke 4 times to various chat agents before I finally got it sorted. It was a very frustrating process to go through,but as I wanted to purchase an item, I had to stick with it. After being told by an Agent that I would have to wait 5-7 days for my discount.
Not exactly correct
As once my Daughter looked into it, she got it resolved .
Not impressed and once my order has arrived, I will delete my account.
I am very impressed at the company’s response, and I accept their kind offer.

You need to change your courier, despite an email saying my order will be with me on the 9 th November it still hasn’t arrived, however the situation has now been expertly resolved by your brilliant staff and the dressing gown and pyjamas have now been delivered and my husband is delighted with them.
