Misleading Pricing & No Support, Avoid This Site
I joined yesterday and was offered a 60% discount on the subscription fee during my first login. After completing my profile, I went to upgrade only to find the site now charging me the full price of £58. No agents were available all day, and despite sending multiple messages, I’ve had no response.
Why offer a discount if you’re not going to honour it?
To make matters worse, I received 12 emails from free members. If I want to reply, it costs 10 credits per message. That means I’d burn through my entire subscription just trying to respond and then be forced to buy more credits to continue the conversation. It’s a blatant cash grab.
How much money does this site think people have?
I’m relieved I read some of the reviews before spending anything. Compared to other platforms, these prices are excessive and unjustifiable. The lack of transparency and support is unacceptable.

I'm writing to you today because I feel completely betrayed by your service. The irony is not lost on me that you're quick to respond here, yet your online agents are never available and you don't reply to emails. This is my last attempt to get a proper response from you.
First, there was the 60% discount you offered me when I signed up, which vanished before I could use it. Then you followed up with a 40% discount link that was a complete fake, it didn't apply the discount at all. It's infuriating and feels like you had no intention of honouring either offer.
The value of any membership is non-existent. I've received 37 emails and countless chats, but every single one is from a free user. It’s bizarre that paying members, seem to be bankrolling everyone else's free experience while getting nothing in return. I haven't been contacted by a single paying member.
The financial burden of this is made worse by my personal circumstances. I am an NHS worker on a limited income, and you expect me to pay nearly £58 to join and pay to contact free members, thus swiftly using up credits requiring additional money to keep going. I am currently going through a challenging cancer scare, and I was looking for a little bit of light during this dark period. Instead, I've found a shallow, predatory system that takes advantage of people's vulnerabilities.
Your business model lacks integrity. It’s shameful that it seems to be built on exploiting those who are genuinely trying to make a connection.
SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU!

I wanted to extend my thanks and gratitude to dating.com. While I did not find the love I was seeking, i want to state their customer service management team is exceptional! I was a member for over two years, communicating with primarily one member. When it was discovered that this “featured member” had violated policies, the dating.com team not only opened an investigation, confirmed the breach of policy by the member and honored their anti-scam policy. My funds were returned without issue and the offending member was banned from the site.
I believe that dating.com and their team work diligently to support both paying and “featured” members and do their best to promote a unique and safe space to find global friendship/love.
Thank you again!

Avoid another taking from the vulnerable with fake profiles and only out for profit
probably like most dating apps they all have fake profiles and the website is only out to coin it in from vulnerable people absolute disgrace they all need shutting down . Never seen one dating app what is totally legit .

The interface is kinda retro and fonts are a lil tiny, yeah. But nothing crashes, even on hotel Wi-Fi. I'll take boring-but-stable over flashy-but-buggy any day

Updated 8232025 This company has proven they're thieves. They responded to this review only as PR Move to defend dating.com and datemyage.com but still has not responded to any of my emails or requests to refund my money a request made prior to 3 days refund terms and has still hasnt made any attempt to cancel my account to which my access to cancel has been blocked. I will address this legally if necessary.
***Original Review:This company I can confirm this site is indeed a scam along with datemyage.com and not a true dating site. It is a cash grab where they have plants sending you message to waste your credit and if paid members replies to free members messages it burns up your monthly subscription and there is no way to isolate free members from connecting with you.
Plants claiming their account is premium where upon investigation they are showing as free members yet they have unlimited credits to connect with you requesting video calls and bombarding you with images and multiple chats to answer one single question to prompt you to use up more credit as everything is a credit.
Then the company's live chat for agent doesn't work you wait for a long time before bot confirms no one will answer. Their phone number 1-888-980-9770 attempts to place the call and within 1 sec phone show call ended. They ensure if you attempt to exercise your 3 days cancellation rights there is no one to assist you.
To top it off when you eventually find the option to cancel from within setting you get multiple more hurdles and roadblocks to go through a series/ a maze that leads back to the site telling you "There was a problem cancelling your subscription. Please try again" I have all the records of this and the support requests emails sent for cancellation from same date of subscription still ignored 3 days now.
Why is there no 0 star reviews for companies like these.
Why

Now i am falling to cancel the subscription or do the account it is just taking money from my bank account… please help i don’t know what to do.. i keep on emailing them to cancel my subscription and delete my account they never reply.. the people on the app are AI if they don’t cancel it am informing fraud

Reply from Dating.com
I have tried to cancel my ‘subscription’ twice now but have had no success. It was renewed without my authorisation the the first time costing me $AUD93.
I think the only way to get out of this trap is to cancel my credit

A huge scam! after paying a full month subscription and what it seemed to be the weirdest chat for like 10 min with a couple of fake guys (all their pix look clearly AI generated), I couldn't keep on talking to anyone or even reading my inbox without paying more to "buy credits". I've tried contacting the custormer service from the website, asking for a full refund (I only spent like 10 useless min there) but two days later I haven't got any reply from them. Payment throught paypal is not allowed, otherwise I would have made a serious complaint already.

The lies you tell within the Sol Networks group, in my eyes, seem to have become a habit. It looks effortless for you. You feel no shame, no guilt? The money you earn to live comfortably comes from the labor of people you deceive. They pay to find friends, to find a connection, yet you take advantage of them, destroying the feelings of paying members to fill your own pockets. There is no honesty or integrity in your profession at all.
I have read many messages responding to customers who used your services. You lie to make your organization look good. Your minds are trained to lie. With repeated lying, guilt and conscience vanish from your hearts. I genuinely pity you. The lies you tell in response to complaints from former users of Sol Networks seem normal. From reading the messages of those assigned to respond to users, it is clear that lying has become a continuous habit, a shameless pattern. Your brains are so accustomed to wrongdoing that you feel no remorse when writing explanations or excuses. You lie to earn money to support yourselves and your families, fully aware that the money paid by customers comes from deception. If lying brings benefits, you will continue to do it. This behavior will inevitably be passed down to your relatives. You treat fellow humans like toys, and life will treat you the same way.
Even when you deny using AI in communications, those statements are shameless, deliberate lies. From my experience, my profile was shared across all platforms in the Sol Networks group. Everything I encountered was AI generated. Not once did I find a real human being. Those unfamiliar with AI chat may not notice, but anyone experienced with AI chat can tell easily. Across Sol Networks platforms, real humans may occasionally appear, but AI handles the main communications. This is a filthy, despicable way to make money, the method of a selfish, exploitative group. The actions of Sol Networks inflict psychological harm on people who are deceived. The lucky ones escape quickly. Automated programs assigned to each profile send strange, pre-written messages. In my case, some profiles seemed well supported by humans, to the point it was hard to distinguish AI from humans, but no matter how capable AI becomes, it does not possess the subtle cunning and layered strategies of humans. AI only has “models” built from past data, responding according to patterns it has seen. It does not think in multi-layered ways with emotions or human instincts. Even when trying to mimic human strategies, repeated patterns or unnatural signs appear to those who noticThe explanations written by your representatives are dressed up to appear compassionate toward victims of your scams. In reality, your staff in Sol Networks are professional fraudsters, global criminals who deserve prosecution. As of today, 15/08/2025, my profile still exists on three platforms, despite following the deletion steps provided. No changes occurred. I cannot delete my photos.I even wrote an alien language into my profile, yet AI profiles, male and female, still contacted me. AI cannot interpret profile images, producing chaotic, nonsensical responses. Furthermore, the same AI, with the same image and name, messaged me across different platforms, sometimes failing to recognize me even after previous long messages. Meanwhile, your shameless representatives publicly claim your platform does not use AI. I have a complete email archive proving every Sol Networks platform is AI-driven. When real humans appear in profiles, they are easy to identify, particularly free users whose identities were “verified” with government-issued documents, according to the platform. If Sol Networks intends to sue me for sharing this information, it would be entertaining because I have preserved full evidence of profiles marked as identity-verified.
When I first registered on dating.com, within about a week, my profile spread across the internet. Sol Networks claimed it was “within the network.” Reading the Terms and Policy, I did not expect there to be so many platforms, especially since none were listed. I had no prior knowledge of which platforms were part of Sol Networks.I received direct emails from dating.com featuring multiple profiles, for example, three or four “Chinese businessmen” messaging from the same phone at the exact same second. Their profiles claimed they were wealthy company owners, CEOs, diamond traders, expanding enterprises worldwide, with lavish photos in luxury cars or offices. I read them with a mix of amusement and pity. The evidence I have described still exists. I reaffirm: any professional lawyer interested in removing these predatory platforms from the internet may contact me. I have extensive proof.

It’s all fake, all bots.
All men are constantly online and write messages like polished essays. Available at any time and as soon as you go to their site they start writing to you. And they all free users.😂

Scam website - it's scam on next level - I was working on CMS similar website (like foxy AI) for AI chatbot (like chat with AI girl) and that website tells you that it's AI but this website use AI to make you believe that you chat with real human (when it's not) - I messaged one girl and she replied "May we chat here?" - normal human would chat over WhatsApp or Telegram etc. So AI will follow some script to keep you on website so you pay to send messages lol.

I didn't fall into their trap! I didn't spend one penny! CLUES: (is anything as it seems?) ALL the women are stunning!! Clearly screened or vetted. Has anyone noticed it doesn't matter the time of day these women are always available to answer your call. I managed to write (free credits) to one of the operative(s) and as soon as I offered personal information I was cut off! Which suggests, the operative and administration are one and the same....
I managed to speak with one operative saying, "she was a crook!" By misleading and manipulating the conversation to the weak and needed just to exploit money. And she didn't reply.
The site itself is clearly a conn! More things that gives it away: 95% of the women are stunning; What is the likelihood of that happening? The amount of interest generated became overwhelming; They just gave you enough free points to peak your interest and then, they would hit you with it, subscription fees! You can say anything to these fake women and they will turn it around.
If you look closer ALL the women are "free users". That means they are not paying anything!
Their explanation of the free user is very suspicious! It seems to be only applied for ALL the women no one else..
For a laugh and to see what would happen, I changed my whole profile from an original concept to an unrealistic obnoxious character. And guess what? I am still receiving a overwhelming amount of mail....
I have given this site a whopping untrusting "two star" as I didn't lose any money...
Clearly staged for the sole purpose to take your money!!
THE SITE IS FAKE!!!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE....

Practiced beginner German with Sven from Berlin. We traded voice messages, app handled accents fine. A little costly, but cheaper than a tutor and more fun

Fake site, with members not interested in using real apps like Whatsapp or Viber. I think they might even get paid for luring normal people to pay for this website services. They should be ashamed in they actions. So very much disappointing.

I like to talk to a man i have met on Dating.com but always have to buy credits and its expensive for me and can't afford it. Maybe you can make its cheaper or just for free with everything on your site .

yes, ladies, all of them just take your money, and they talk to you, because the amount of procent goes to them. They ask for gifts, because its their money, they ask for emails because its more expensive than usual chat and they get that money. Have you seen at least one couple who really met each other in life after talking on this platform? NEVER. Because they will never ever meet you , no one of them
