I am trying to withdraw my own live…
I am trying to withdraw my own live funds from the account on darwinex and they’re rejecting it. Not allowing to withdraw my own deposit. Very suspicious! 1 star for me until they rectify me and return the funds I am trying to withdraw which are currently held in the account. I then receive an email that I have requested the cancellation of withdrawal which is completely untrue. Very suspicious activity. If it isn’t darwinex at fault for the withdrawal then their security measures are definitely at fault if my funds are not protected. (Non trading funds, kept in the wallet). On top of this I have contacted them and had zero response from support.

Honestly best company ever! Frikken love the idea and love that a company is willing to invest into one’s trading. Markets are smooth and haven’t ever had an issue! Been with them since April 2025 so not long but best market conditions. Roboforex been with them for years and had multiple issues since the start and Darwin is a very well constructed company. Definitely worth it.

Allocation is minimal 15% Profit share better off with any broker and a copy trade platform,
No online support just an Email.
Only trade a demo account and they even showcase execution and latency speed come one guys its a demo.
The number used for your rankings ar not ur performance but your performance minus what the costs 'would/could" be.
The portal itself is very poor extremely slow to update and all figures also wrong.
Lastly $10 withdrawal charge AND wouldn't allow me to withdraw my profits and deposit combined to the original card used, I then had to add a bank account so then took more time and then a further $10 charge on that withdrawal.
In short dont waste your time if your looking for AUM stick to a broker with a copy trade platform way better off

Although Zero accounts use virtual capital, they follow a real environment, with prices and executions depending on the liquidity providers we work with.
The percentage you mention corresponds to the total percentage not of the trading account but of the capital allocations you can obtain based on the performance of your DARWIN.
Withdrawals of success fees must be returned, in accordance with anti-money laundering policy, to a bank account in your name or to your PayPal account.
As for customer service, during business hours we respond to any questions related to the services provided within a maximum of 24 hours, usually sooner.
Finally, we will endeavour to improve the user portal interface to make it more comprehensive and intuitive.

Took my funds by inactivity comission - very unethical behavior
A month ago, darwinex informed me that now they are going to apply inactivity comission to my wallet and did so twice up to now. The problem is that I am Russian resident and can not deposit/withdraw funds because of sanctions to Russia (all means of funds transfering are not now available). I tried to transfer funds from wallet to trading account to make a trade to avoid inactivity comission but the system refused to do so due to the minimum initial deposit 500 usd limit. I asked darwinex to transfer my funds from the wallet to trading account manually by back-office but they refused to do so. Is that can be named an ethical behaviour? They definitely just do not care about their good name. Think twice before opening accounts with them. There are plenty of competition on the market and many respectable companies which can be trusted. Those who earn money on depriving others' funds can not be trusted. Warned them to complain on them in Internet. They just do not care. No trust no respect to them.

We are sorry to hear your comment. In the case you mention, there are alternatives that we can consider and we have probably explained them to you. As you know, the sanctions imposed on Russian residents have meant that we are unable to accept clients from that country, in addition to not being able to send capital to Russian bank accounts.
If this is not the case, please write to us again and we will try again to deal with your situation.

Good communication. Great platform. If you have a track record of your trading being able to import it is a nice feature. As a trader I believe it to be worth it, consistency will be noticed by the metrics. As an investor it would be very good idea to check out the Darwin’s, amazing traders on there.

Poor responsiveness
I scheduled a meeting with my account manager on their calendar, they didn’t show up.
I sent a follow-up email and never received a reply.
It’s lucky for them their approach is unique, because lack of responsiveness from customer service is very disappointing.
