I have commissioned cleaning services within General Practice since 2004. During this time, I have worked with three external providers and have also directly employed cleaning staff, giving me a broad perspective on service quality and delivery.

DART FM Services are exceptionally professional in their approach and consistently deliver an excellent standard of service. During the commissioning process, Damien took considerable time to ensure I had all the information required. He was readily available to attend meetings as often as needed to discuss the proposal, site plans, and the contract in detail.

Senior members of the company made a point of getting to know our premises thoroughly and worked collaboratively with us to establish a routine that suited both their team and our staff. They provided excellent training for the on-site team and continue to offer outstanding ongoing support. Any requirements raised by the on-site cleaning team are addressed promptly, whether this involves additional staffing support, equipment, or supplies.

I have been particularly impressed by the attention to detail demonstrated during audits, the high quality of the audit reports, and their strong alignment with NHS cleaning standards and the 5-star rating system.

I would not hesitate to recommend DART FM Services and their work.

Damian and his team are fantastic. We have been with them for over a year now and their service is great. Extremely hard working and dedicated. As a practice manager of GP surgery I know how hard it is to have the right cleaning team. Not only does the company provide good customer service to us, but they also treat their staff very well. The cleaners at my practice have had various employers under different contracts and these are the best. Furthermore, Damian makes an effort to be up to date on CQC standards and shares this information with us too. We have also just engaged them to do our PAT testing as I know they will be efficient and cost effective.

These reviews are fake. The people who have left them either work for the company or own it.

A fantastic support to our GP surgery. A thorough cleaning service is provided, audited every month and discussed with the Practice. We have never been without a cleaner and the company is happy to take on one off requirements alongside our daily requirements. The company supports and updates us around CQC and requirements and premises and equipment regulations. In addition they have been so helpful in making financial savings with a variety of cleaning and surgery products. So approachable and so reliable. Thank you so much!
