Held my son's 10th birthday party here with 13 of his friends.
The staff were very organised, helpful and friendly. Kept everything on track throughout.
The arena was great fun and by the end some of the parents joined in too.
Overall we had a brilliant time and would recommend it as a great place to have a party!
Visited here a number of times and yesterday my daughters decided to take a friend who had never been before. I paid for them to go in and left. I was then contacted by one of my daughters to tell me that they have been asked to leave because my daughters friend has a cough. They explained to the workers that she has a underlying medical condition and that is what the cough is however they were not interested. They told my daughters that the manager could see her coughing on the camera but when I asked too speak to them, they were apparently at home.
Is this the sort of company that you would want to give your money too?
