first of they changed the time to come to valuate my home, Then they just didn't turn up, no confirmation emails, very unreliable, and sloppy.

One of the best estate agents in East Anglia!
Darby and Liffen are a fantastic choice for anyone looking to buy, sell, or let a property on the East Coast. The whole team are very thorough; but Mr. Steve Huxley deserves special mention for being a creative problem solver and a very sincere person.
