I’ve been trying to contact customer service from dappy for the last 2 weeks. I haven’t received an order that is worth a 100€! I’ve been asking and asking when is my order going to be shipped. I asked if I can get back a refund. Instead.... dappy on Facebook blocked me, not to be able to write them anymore!
They lied about their shipping policy. After making the order seeing that they ship worldwide. They claimed that worldwide shipping isn’t working due to Covid 19. Then I asked them to send me the order to Europe (Italy). They provided me with a non working tracking ID for the courier. Then they decided to completely ignore me and block me from their social media channels!!!
