I RETURNED AN ITEM AND DID NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
On April 10th, 2024, I returned the dress I bought on March 31st from their website, and until now (June 8th), they have not refunded my money. Additionally, they no longer respond to my emails.
They claim to have sent the requested documentation for customs clearance, but after I contacted the carrier, customs officials informed that the documents were never received.
They have effectively stolen my money (approximately $863), and I will be filing a complaint against them. This is a SHAME! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stone Island jacket
I was very impressed with d'Aniello and the courier service, I live in Scotland and the delivery service was 4 days from Italy.
My garment it self is excellent and the price was really good.
The packaging could be better as the garment wasn't in a plastic bag , just a clothes bag , but all in all' I will definitely be buying from d,Aniello boutique again.
