Poor service
We rented an apartment with Danibo in week 7 2021. It was the ground floor apartment of a beautiful old house just by the beach.
So we were excited and looking forward to our holiday.
Unfortunately disappointed upon arrival as the apartment was not cleaned properly and the apartment was in general poor condition.
We contacted the Danibo office following day, and they offered to send a cleaning lady do some further cleaning same afternoon. We had already cleaned some ourselves just to be able to sit in the sofa and sleep well, and suggested that we could clean the whole place ourselves and they could do the cleaning after we left but they refused.
Then we tried to take a shower and the shower door fell off. It was an old shower and not well maintained, and luckily the big glass shower door did not fall on my 7 year old son. We called the office again and they sent a repair guy, who did not do a great job as it was not properly fixed and fell off immediately again.
We called the office and they would send another guy the following day. This meant that we had not been able to take a shower for 3 days. I pointed this out and the general poor state of the apartment and suggested a reimbursement of some of the rent, but they refused.
In general really poor service and a very disappointing experience.
