I would give zero stars if I could. After receiving a reasonable quote, I spent over a month trying to actually book the job. My emails went completely ignored. Every time I called, I was promised a call back that never came. Communication was awful.
​I finally managed to get a date and time confirmed, but they simply never showed up. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Complete lack of professionalism and a total waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Installed new front, back and conservatory doors, from start to finish the staff where friendly and professional and did lovely work.

So here is true experience of dealing with this company...
They changed the double glazed door panel for me to install a cat flap. Despite the instruction that it should be cut considering the hight of the cat, they've cut the whole so high up that the microchip catflap is not working and completely useless. I spend over £200 with them for installation of a catflap that can't actually be used. I asked them to send me their policy for defects and not standard installation and they never did. Only received abrupt email from sales administrator that nothing is wrong and they have done everything by the book! That is not true.
The company based on my experience is untrustworthy and customer care is nonexistent.

We had a patio door and frame replaced by the Danetreglass team. We approached them following a recommendation by a friend. They provided useful information regarding frame and glazing options. Their price was competitive.

The new replacement was undertaken in an efficient and professional manner. Without fuss, Danetreglass also attended to minor adjustments required on other windows in the house. Very pleased with the helpful team and the outcome.

Would happily use them again . . .

The whole process with Danetre is extremely professional, as well as being friendly and helpful. From advice on the types of windows and doors, measuring up, to actually fitting them they couldn't have been better. They are also very good value. I've used them twice now.

After horrendous service and door fitting from All Weather Roofline we bit the bullet decided enough was enough and would get another new door fitted! I’d seen Danetre Glass van at a neighbours house and didn’t see the van again after the door was finished so thought we’d get them round for a quote.

David came round and was lovely, he listened to us whinge about our recent experience and assured us that wouldn’t happen again. So we took the plunge and instructed another new door to be fitted.

The surveyor came round and stripped the door to find some horrendous damage under the finishing strips that had been put on the door and we had to stick with wide trim to keep it all covered.

Yesterday the new door was fitted and when I pulled up outside the house I could help but smile. We got we ordered and it looked lovely!!!! I spent the rest of the night telling everyone and anyone who would listen how much I loved the new door.

From start to finish they’ve been fantastic, professional and I’m glad we put our trust in them - they certainly haven’t let us down.

After a disaster purchase from Safestyle UK, we had Danetre Glass replace all our windows including the bad Safestyle windows. A totally different experience, from quotation to installation everything went so smooth. All the staff both internal and the external fitters, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Danetre Glass again and would thoroughly recommend them.

We had three doors replaced by Danetre Glass and are are delighted with the result. Excellent service from start to finish. David’s expertise and attention to detail made the ordering process so much easier. And Rylan and his team did a superb job of fitting the doors. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We engaged Danetre Glass to completely reglaze our house. The work was due to start in March, but was delayed due to the lock down. In May we received a phone call to say that they could commence work on 22 June, but they never turned up. They eventually commenced work at the end of June with a promise that work would be completed in 10 days max. To date, some 2 months later, work is still going strong. We are now on the third replacement for some of the units. They were supposed to finish the job at the beginning of the week. But couldn't do so, as three of the six replacement windows were faulty. We were promised that they would return today to finish the job, but never turned up. The customer care is poor. Quality control is poor. We wouldn't recommend them to replace units in wooden windows. I would give it a zero, but 1 star was the lowest it would go.

After speaking with other businesses, Dantere Glass quickly became our top choice for the repair works we required on our door. Unlike other companies, they weren't pushing for us to have our door replaced and instead suggested repair works. The team were friendly and very professional to say the least.

For some time, we were unsure about what type of windows we wanted, as there are so many different colours and styles. The team at Danetre Glass were very patient with us and even went through just about every single window they offer and the pros and cons of each. I would highly recommend using this team for your home projects, they're very efficient and thorough.

The windows installed by Danetre Glass are of exceptional quality and design. I loved how I had a whole host of window colours to choose from, as it made it easier to replace the old windows with the same colour and style just better quality. I would highly recommend using Danetre Glass.

My partner wanted to have mirrors installed in the bathroom along the wall, but we couldn't find one that fit perfectly. We contacted Dantere Glass for a quote on their bespoke mirrors and within a few weeks, we had the mirror installed. All in all, I am very happy with the service and will definitely be recommending them to others.
