Highly recommended table tennis company, good product selection, reasonable prices,fast shipping

I order ping pong paddles and have paid the shipping fee for the order for around$106. But when the order delivered, the UPS charged me extra $32.38 fee before they can drop off the item. When I purchased it on Dandoy website, I was not informed that I would be charged that extra fee. If I knew it, I would not make the purchase. When I contacted Dandoy on the hidden UPS custom fee, they said the fee is charged by American government due to the tariff. However, they denied their responsibility to inform customer on the custom fee. I am sure they already knew that the customer need to pay UPS extra fee. It is very deceptive practice to lure customer to make the purchase by intentionally hiding the extra fee. I hope this review can help other customers know that the price they shown online is not the actual price you would pay. In fact, you will pay other hidden fees they don't want customer know it at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, cheating and dishonesty can only lose customers.

The following is the message I have for Dandoy website after reading their response.
You will not expect customers to read every page of your website before they purchase an item. I don't think I am the only customer complaining the custom fee charged by UPS. If your company is truly honest, you can easily add a warning message before they checked out, so the customer can be fully informed on the potential fee they'll pay at the delivery.

I purchased Yasaka Rakza rubbers from Argentina and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The website is very easy to navigate and offers a huge variety of brands and models, with very competitive prices compared to what's available locally. The purchasing process was simple and straightforward.

What surprised me most was the shipping speed: the package arrived in great time considering the distance from Belgium to South America. Everything was perfectly packaged and the rubbers were in impeccable condition.

The prices are among the best I've found online, and with free shipping above a certain amount, the value for money is unbeatable. Dandoy has been in the business for over 15 years and the professionalism really shows.

I will definitely buy again. Highly recommended for any table tennis player, even from Latin America.

Sorry for my bad english and here is my review. At first it was all good but they sent me the Package through UPS, and UPS charged me like 30USD for sending me the package. Now i paid the fee and still 20 days waiting for UPS to send my things. I understand that is not your fault, but you gave no options if i wanted another delivery option. Still a month of calling and mails and i havent recieved my package yet
