Deceptive shipping
Bad experience after buying for years at Dandoy, and they are unable to estimate or warn about surcharges due to tax issues that now need to be paid. They offer free shipping for orders over 100 euros, but that's false because you have to cancel additional fees. A shipping fee is free when they send it without charging anything extra, which makes Dandoy's shipping misleading.

Just dont like the tax + fee (all cause from Trump), since i checked with tabletennis11, they did give the tax + fee into the total before customers submit it !
Everything will be ahead that the customers will decide to finally purchase or not... No misunderstanding from both sides, that's be better for all... besides the products & services are fine.
I think from now on, not many people will buy online because of new tax + fee !!!
