The delivery was missing framework for…
The delivery was missing framework for the tent.
Called customer service and was treated rudely. Got no answers — they said they would check and get back to me.
Also emailed customer service and was told I needed to fill out a complaint form.
The following day I received a call saying that the other missing package would be delivered within a few days, which it was.
Should review the handling and conduct of customer service and complaints management.

Ordered the wrong colour of a tent
Ordered the wrong colour of a tent. Emailed the support that told me it was to late since the order was already packed and on its way, i asked if i could just return the tent and change to another colour but they never replayed. 2 days later i get a update from the forwarder that they had collected the 3 packages. So it was alot of time to pack the other colour if they want.
From now on i will order my other tents from some other company.
