I absolutely adore my new bag!! Thank you so much, and thank you for working with me on the price! It’s hard to trust a re-sale site with such an expensive purchase, but I highly recommend this place. I don’t get to treat myself like this often, so I am very grateful!!

I was looking a special edition Louis Vuitton piece that was never sold in the US. I thought I would have to buy from an overseas seller on a major resale site, but I had concerns about authenticity. I was very happy to find the item on the DDH website. The price was reasonable when you factor in discount codes, no tax outside of Texas and free shipping. I loved that there was a 30 day return policy in case it wasn’t what I expected, but it turned out to be even cuter in person. It was rated mint and it seems brand new, including the box and dust bag. It took three days to arrive instead of 2 because of bad weather but that is obviously much quicker than ordering from most resale sites.

I have had multiple experiences purchasing luxury items, but my interaction with Dallas Designer Handbags has been better than any of my experiences at LV, Saks, and Nordstrom. Their response time to my messages was < 5 minutes, they answered all my questions, had the best deal around, and were extremely helpful with my purchase. Not to mention, the bag got shipped the same day and I received it 24 hours later. I will absolutely be doing business with them again and recommending this company to everyone I know. I love my bag and highly, highly recommend DDH.

I was looking for a YSL in a specific color way and a friend sent me a link to Dallas Designer Handbags who had the bag I was looking for and at an amazing price. I made the purchase and received an email that the bag had shipped the same day. Received my handbag in two business days. Arrived package wonderfully and even included the dust bag. OMG never thought in a million years that my bag would be in such good condition. I could have purchased a brand new Chanel bag if I wanted but never thought I wanted to invest that much into a designer bag. So I found this website and said ok maybe a used one would be ok. Well the used one is like brand new. I am so happy with my purchase it does not look like anyone ever carried it. The packaging was nice and I am so happy with the price. Yes now I have a real Chanel bag.
