Incompetent

Yes the BA flight from Heathrow to Aberdeen was delayed but there was still an hour to get our bags onto the flight to Shetland. What was inexcusable was that our bags were sent back to Heathrow (all monitored via AirTags). Five days later our bags made it to Shetland just before our break ended. Thank you Dalcross for endless phone calls, emails, waits and a much less enjoyable vacation. Illiterate or incompetent or both.

Absolute nightmare of a company to try…

Absolute nightmare of a company to try and contact...lost my case from Aberdeen to Amsterdam....I find 3 phone numbers for Aberdeen...no answer...tried to send e mail...2 addresses.. bounce back...Is only Inverness that answers ..can't help either...Aberdeen Airport no good either ...KLM also not helpful ..I had connecting flights to China...and the Chinese could not do enough for me to try and locate my missing suitcase..and finally tracked it down and are delivering to my door

Staff are utterly incompetent

Staff are utterly incompetent. This company is supposed to give support at Aberdeen Airport but unfortunately they don’t have the equipment to do it their job. A recent Loganair flight was held up for well over 5hrs due to bad management by Dalcross Handling. Which cost our employee his scheduled trip offshore! They even tried to borrow equipment to de-ice the plane from the heliport but were told “no” as they did not have the training to use it. The Dalcross employee then shouted down the phone to no avail and the flight sat and sat then was cancelled due to their lack of equipment. They quite frankly couldn’t handle a fire in a fountain. And, if you want to complain don’t think about emailing them as they are so bad a company they don’t give an email option to contact them, you have to write (or have them deny a telephone call).
