Great experience so far

German friends told me about the Daily Deal vouchers and I decided to try them out. So far I had a great experience - we could visit many restaurants and have quite cheap meals. This way we are constantly trying out new places, which has also been quiete cool. We had a problem with a voucher only once so far and the Daily Deal team promptly solved it, I believe they answered my e-mail a few hours after I wrote them (great customer service!). I recently booked a voucher for a hotel stay at a great price, looking forward to that one!

BAD Experience!!

Recently I had a very bad experience with Daily deal. I bought a coupon for 49,95 for fine goods from daily deal and for some issue with the system from finegoods the coupon was not valid. Since then I am struggling to get in contact with daily deal for clarification with no success. They do not have any telephone number where they can be contacted.
