Although Dagknaller sent me the wrong product, they demonstrated good customer service by issuing me a refund and allowing me to keep the incorrect item. While it's unfortunate that the mistake was made in the first place, it's reassuring to know that Dagknaller was willing to take responsibility and provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, while this was not a perfect experience, it's commendable that Dagknaller took the necessary steps to make things right.

I ordered the "soundcore life p2"earphones but received the wrong one. And its not just me but happening to everyone.
Never going to order anything from Dagknaller. Worst experience ever.

Good customer service.

I ordered a product recently from dagknaller. The product arrived opened and very uncomplete (their packager stole before putting it in the package). I contacted customer service, yet was only offered a 1/3th refund. What a poor service, be careful they won't refund you if you get scammed

I've ordered from here about a dozen times. They list their product information clearly. For some products, they list even more information than the manufacturer website.

Dagknaller always delivers neatly on time without shipping fees.

They once delivered me a product that had some damage, I contacted them, they quickly responded and we resolved it by simply returning it and giving the money back. No hassle and (thankfully) no shipping fees for returning a broken product.
