I did not receive both the transactions in my Dafa wallet and the status is also showing failed. The money has been deducted from my bank. Dafabet is scamming people. I requested a withdrawal on 29 March, and it is still stuck in pending status. I have followed up with customer support several times, but they only keep sending computer generated responses instead of actually resolving the issue.
Guys, please do not fall for this scam. They may let you deposit money, but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings, they do not process it. This is a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

i don't know what are they are doing, made a deposit of INR 5000 and did not got the funds in dafabet account been folloing since 8 days all they say is they are yet to secure the funds.

I am writing this as a Final Formal Complaint regarding four pending withdrawals totaling ₹2,50,000. These funds have been stuck for over 6 months despite my constant follow-ups and submission of all required bank proofs.

The Core Issue:

My registered and verified bank branch IFSC code is UTIB0000295. My previous withdrawal of ₹1,40,000.90 was successfully credited using this correct IFSC. However, for the four transactions listed below, your system/payment provider erroneously used an incorrect IFSC code: UTIB0001268.

Because this incorrect IFSC does not belong to my bank account, the funds were never credited to me. According to standard banking protocols, these funds are automatically returned to the sender (the payment provider) when the IFSC is invalid or mismatched.

I have already provided my bank statements as proof that these funds were never received. The continued delay and lack of accountability from your side are unacceptable.

Final Notice:

Please consider this my final attempt to resolve this internally. If the total amount of ₹2,50,000 is not credited to my account within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to the Relevant Licensing Authorities (CEZA/Isle of Man) and report this case to international gambling mediator forums (such as AskGamblers or PAB).

Dafabet is one of the worst betting sites I have ever used. I deposited ₹500 INR on February 14, 2026, and even after 6 days, the amount is still showing as pending. This is completely unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails and contacted live chat support several times, but there has been no proper response or resolution. It feels like a total waste of time and money.
Other major issues with this betting app:
Very poor customer support with delayed or scripted responses, Long delays in deposits and withdrawals, and a lack of transparency in transaction processing. No clear escalation process for complaints, and unreliable payment updates, Risk of funds getting stuck without explanation
