Everything at Daells Bolighus was great but the Transport company which they are using is crap.....the driver left my new sofas in the middle of the street in pouring rain and the road was blocked due to these sofas......the driver blocked the road intentionally .

It took them a month and a half to deliver, as they were out of stock, but they informed me about it and they were able to deliver exactly when they said they would.
There was a mishap with the order and I got a wrong piece of the sofa, but called back the next day and arranged with me exchange the day after. Mistakes happen and it was handled professionally so I have no complaints.

"Halvhøj seng 70x160 cm inkl. lamelbund og forhæng i lyseblå. " has good quality. It is easy to assemble and it stands stable. Wrt. prise, it deserves 5 starts. However, "kantstenslevering" has to be included in the price and it was the worst service ever.
We live in a rækkehus behind a main street. There is a standard-wide driveway for normal usage, e.g. the city garbage truck, all kinds of delivery trucks etc. Only the driver from DaellsBolighus asked us to pick it up from the main street. I remember that 10 years ago I ordered "kantstenslevering" from DaellsBolighus, the driver brought all my furnitures to the door with his cart at least 20 m away from his truck. It is clear that "kantstenslevering" has different defination by DaellsBolighus now.

I therefore would like you to at least provide me with an e-mail where I can complain. Is it possible you can e-mail your supervisors email too??Please let me know, I would appreciate that and would like to add that maybe you should reconsider which kind of delivery services you are co-operate with, as it only damages your company’s reputation and image, as I have recently read about your current situation which clearly shows that its not going that well for you.
