the seller told me that the price £1,245.83 was for a recently ended sale. He asked me to pay more for £1,695.00. He said he will refund the money to me but refused to pay VISA and Issuing bank handling charges (1.95% x 2). As an honest company, he won't let innocent customer to suffer any loss?
