We received an order form with number SO80264 March 15th - payment had already been made. Still no merchandise received April 12th.

Im really sorry for the extraordinary delayed delivery which actually was caused by the shipment blockage in the suez-channel lately.
But i can ensure you that your goods are underway to you in Iceland, and have left Denmark.
