I was dreaming of a good gravel bike! But the assortment has made me feel a kind of disappointment, because I don't really favor "Trek" brand. I evaluated characteristics, watched some reviews online including video ones and came to the conclusion that it is not something that worths my attention.
Price was cool for those characteristics, numbers of gears, brakes, frame's quality, but anyway couldn't make up my mind and buy it here. Maybe in future... who knows! So far, can't state that i am happy.

great product but missing the acrews to put it together

I had an issue with a Sigma light, where the battery was faulty. I called, and only a few minutes later, a new was shipped. That is top-of-the-class customer service.
