Poorly maintained bikes with poor customer service. Avoid!
Bike got dropped off with back brake so stiff you need two hands to pull lever. Drop of guy shrugged and said cable issue nothing he can do. Managed to get another return bike which was not serviced - had to go buy bike oil so chain could turn work. Essentially poorly maintained bikes.
Same price many stores along Alcudia which are much better. Avoid this company.
No one bothers to reply to communication on compliant. No phone number to call either.

Perfect. Booked a Canyon Endurace SLX with disc brakes, Get it in perfect conditions. The staff was very friendly at all the time.

Worst bikerental
Worst bikerental - received a wreck with broken bearings for the cost of 130 euro for 3 days. If you complain the dont Care and tell you to do an upgrade.. i have received a broken bike….!

Hi Christian, there was nothing wrong with bike. The noise was not the bearing it was the DT Swiss Freehub, it is louder than the free hub from Shimano or Mavic. But this is normal and nothing to worry about. We sent you a mechanic to check the bike, he checked the bike and told you there was nothing wrong. You asked for an upgrade, so we brought you a Canyon Endurace Disc 2025 just a few later.
