Easy to purchase online for a trip starting the day after and cover was started for that trip.

A very easy experience to ensure my new bike.

Very straightforward and a competitive price

Seemed to be straight frwd insurance, however, when adding a cycle to my policy I was not told that any claim for this third cycle would not be covered as the cycle was not stationed at my address.
This is not acceptable as I was not informed of this detail when adding the cycle. I was also charged for global travel for 6 years without asking for this extra.

As a previous reviewer has stated You Must be certain when taking out insurance that you are actually covered ! When questioning this issue I was told that I should have read through the policy document. I had felt assured by the telephone communication that I had insured these bicycles. Be Careful.

Website was easy to navigate and options were conclusive to allow me to make an informed decision about the correct insurance I needed. The exact details of my bikes are difficult to find due to age and branding so, being able to specify my own replacement costs was ideal.

Hard to comment until I have a claim, but the site was easy to use & the price very competitive

The way you sorted my partners claim for a new bike when her's was vandlalized

They settled fairly and quickly when we had a claim. Unfortunately an injury precludes further cycling adventures so we no longer require this cover

They pay to have their website advertised in the first 3 results on a Google search. When you do that for a service you do not offer, e.g. "Cycleguard Bicycle Insurance - Commercial Cycle Insurance" then you waste my time as I kept reading on your website, calling you a few times until someone eventually answered and clarified you do not offer commercial insurance.

Very easy to use quote and purchase process. The options included recumbent trikes as standard and without having to wait to talk to someone. Easy to add on racing insurance too.

I checked the terms and conditions specifically to check if my bike would be covered in the way that it's stored and I thought it was clear that it would be. Yet I supposedly read them incorrectly and they refused to cover my bike. Very disappointed and never going to use this company again. What a sham.

Strait forward, and great cover options.

After having some problems online I had the phone up and set up mine over the phone. Spoke to a very helpful person who help when you get all set up. Excellent customer service
