Hadn't issues.

Order completion is very fast and accurate.

I used the online ordering for the first time and picked it up at the store because I enjoy the people there. Aldo is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

I had to wait until the next day to get my tire mounted and when I put my tire back on I noticed the rim was facing the wrong direction.

Super quick and convenient service.

Their shipping department is very solid. The product itself was exactly as described by their design team. Two important elements of a good company, but often overlooked. This indicates a company that knows it needs to maintain teams other than the sales team.

Good service and selection. Easy to find what I was looking for. Fast and free shipping is always a plus.

Only negative I have for feedback is that I didn’t get the 10% offer until after placing my order. Would have been nice to be able to use that for my purchase.

Okay, the parts arrived quickly and was kept informed of where my items were at. Overall it was rather painless.

The employee's at my home store have always been fantastic even though I'm an older, female, newer rider. They did all the work to order me a new visor online for a helmet they didn't carry in store, and called me immediately after it arrived. They left a voicemail when I didn't answer and even gave me the store hours so I didn't have to look them up to know if I could pick it up on the way home from work.

Cycle gear has always been my place to go for all my cycle gear and they have great customer service thanks for great service happy repeat customer

Went to the store to order the product, selected the right item. When it arrived, I had my motorcycle half apart and ready to install the new part. Only to find out that the completely wrong item was sent. I had to take it back to the store 2 times because they had trouble trying to return it in their internal system.

After waiting for phone support *in store*, they at least gave me a $30 credit. Not an ideal situation, especially given I spent half a grand on the part.

Tire install went smooth and was done very fast! I dropped them off about an hour before closing and they were done by 8am the next day. Got some Shinko 230s on my dual sport and now it seems faster and more fuel efficient.

Customer service was great. The representative provided information on each product with details. Placed order for delivery and the product was delivered as quoted.

Shipping was quick price was just right and the guy who was working at the queen creek location on the 25th was the only guy working and he had my tires replaced and back to me in an hour and a half! Loved that only thing I had an issue with is I thought there was better deal when I bought a set of tires from cycle gear and had them installed by cycle gear that it would have Ben a little cheaper than $140?
I thought cycle gear used to do free installs when you bought a set of tires from them but I could be wrong!

Very slow delivery via USPS, 7-business days with updates only on delivery day. In comparison, a helmet from Germany ($300 cheaper including tariff), was at my door in 3-days. Website offered no updates, maybe a USPS issue but CG chose the shipper.

Tire was received as anticipated.
Tire change and balance was completed as promised.
