Discontinue use of FedEx for delivery. Their customer service is abysmal. Rough handling and wrong placement of my packages by them have been problems with them at my house for years and I'm tired of it.

I ordered a set of tires, no mounting available!
I ordered a set of tires and had them sent to my local CycleGear so I could bring my wheels in and have them mounted. Guess my surprise when they told they can’t mount any tires at the moment and don’t know when the can. They recommended I go to a shop down the street, which by the way charges more than CycleGear. Next time I need motorcycle accessories, I’m gonna forget CycleGear even exists.

The item came in but did not fit properly. The associate quickly identified another pair at a larger size, and did a quick return, store credit on original item. I was then able to use the store credit to purchase the right size. Very helpful and very quick!
