The experience was great! Cyber Power made it easy to pick what I wanted for my pc build! My pc was built using the MA-01 case in the steel gray color. What a beautiful case! PC arrived sooner than expected and it arrived safely! Love my Cyber Power pc! Highly recommend using them for your pc needs!

Website was easy to use for ordering/customizing my PC. The build time was reasonable. Shipped well protected. Turned on and functioned as expected

Good customer service. Helped me resolve credit card processor issue and kept me updated. The pc arrived in good packaging and was secure and without damage. The cable management could have been better. The builder plugged the aio pump header into the wrong port on the motherboard but other than that no issues.

Never use them! CyberPowerPC has no customer service and they will screw you. I bought a $10,000 PC that they shipped with the GPU mounted and it destroyed so many components. I waited months for parts to come off backorder, and their only solution was to ship it back and wait another year.

I had a great experience with CyberPowerPC. The computer was delivered on time and the entire process was smooth from ordering to delivery. The system offers an excellent balance of performance and cost, making it a great value for the money. Everything arrived well-packaged, worked right out of the box, and met my expectations. I would definitely consider CyberPowerPC again for a future purchase.

This is my very first PC I ever bought. I still really don’t know how to use it and all if it’s functions, but the case is awesome and it runs really smooth. It runs Minecraft really well without shaders 550 FPS and with a mod pack and shaders on it, averages around 100 FPS I bought this PC strictly just to stream runs my stream really well. thanks cyber PC for helping me reach my goals my twitch is jell0rain. My pc stopped working after 2 days

This computer did not even work for one year. The estumated cost of sending it back is $200. This is wrong. When I talked with 2 of their employees they were like robots! They do not care about their customers. I would not recommend their products or their horrible customer service.

This was my first time buying a custom computer from this company, and so far, I am very happy with my choice. The PC arrived right on schedule and everything was exactly as described in the specifications.

I had a question and their customer support team did a fantastic job addressing it quickly and professionally.

The only minor issue I’ve encountered is the noise level. Even during basic office tasks and light workloads, the PC produces a noticeable amount of fan noise. However, considering the overall build quality and the excellent support, it’s a minor trade-off. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience!

Waited 3 weeks then contacted them...

Told me PC case was not available so "no eta" and they did not bother to contact me about the issue.

Sounded like they switched me to another PC case.

Waited another week they told me that they assigned me a guy that was on vacation so no eta...vacation what?!

Wasted over a month so I cancelled.

They do not contact you about any problems nor their website state any problems...I had to contact them all the time for any update and at those time is when they updated the status on their website...

Only positive is they are prompt in email responses...however, every response is vague and do not tell you much even if you ask for info.

So far pc runs well, got it in time.

Poor communication. Company should have informed client that delivery would be multiple packages. This resulted in fear that items were missing. Company should allow for delivery modification or change to access point for pick up. I was disappointed that I had to urgently have a family member come wait at my house to receive package while I was at work. UPS did a poor job handling package as the box was received with significant damage. UPS customer service is frustrating for clients to use if needed. Overall, communication from cyber power felt unprofessional and casual. Automated responses were far more professional than actual responses.

I’m having internet issues like struggling to connect or it’s will randomly disconnect.
