CyberPowerPC Reviews

I wish there were more guidance on custom building your machine. More product information or helpful tips. Perhaps with the use of AI, you could ask several pre-build questions such as, what is your room’s avg temp? Or, how important is a quiet (low volume) machine to you? Or, what games do you play? Etc.

I didn’t realize when building my machine that the fans were so loud or that the case was basically open on the non-glass side. More product information, a pre-build AI, or other helpful tools could’ve prevented that.

Otherwise, the machine is working and doing what it’s supposed to do.

Being able to make changes to some of the components to improve my new system. I made a mistake on the original order and customer service was responsive. I was able to cancel the original order and buy the upgraded system I desired. Easy and quick turn around and delivery. Awesome unit.

Everything came as advertised. Also shipping was fast. Everything neatly put together. Great experience would recommend to anyone

Got my very first custom build pc and it is amazing! They did an amazing job assembling and it works beautifully. Definitely going to be a lifetime cyber pc customer!

Arrived within about 10 days from the day I ordered. Came safely packed and everything worked correctly right out of the box. This was my first upgrade since building my last pc at the beginning of covid. Getting 250+ fps on 1440p warzone with the new rig which has a 9800x3d and 5070 ti. Nice to have a modern setup built for me without paying much of a premium. Between the sales on some of the parts and the 5% off the entire order coupon, ended up paying pretty much the same as if I would have bought everything separately and put it together myself which I don't fully trust myself to do. Def has been worth it so far.

This is the 4th CyberPower PC I've purchased over the years and I've been very pleased with the build overall, however there were some issues initially. First, the RTX 5070 I ordered in the build was substituted without my knowledge from a FE to an ASUS card. The ASUS card is a bit better in terms of performance but they should've reached out first. Second, there were no SATA trays in the bay, nor was it possible to connect my old SATA drives due to the MA-01 case configuration with the motherboard. I had to order special SATA cables that I could work around the Motherboard, along with SSD trays for the bay. This meant I had to wait a couple of days before I could even boot it for the first time. If I were not an advanced (old school) PC builder and just a typical consumer, I would've sent the computer back the next day.

CyberpowerPC offers excellent computers at an excellent value to their customers. This is my third computer purchased in over 10+ years from them for multiple family members and my experience has always been solid. I'd highly recommend them based on my history with them and the reliability and performance of their products.

Built to spec perfectly!! Packaged really well for shipping. Kept me informed the entire time where my order was in the process and the PC works like a champ. Great deal, great price!! Would definitely recommend.

Easy to pick out a good deal and customize my PC. Prices very upfront. Shows the difference in cost between parts. Shipped fast, received in perfect condition and operational right out of the box.

Computer was shipped quick, and computer was in pristine condition. The case is the ma-01 which is beautiful and silent. With pc prices skyrocketing it only makes sense to buy a prebuilt and I would highly recommend Cyberpowerpc

Great price with financing shipped quick everything I was showed and promised they delivered. Thank you

fast shipping, was very easy to get up and running. just a simple process with great results

The checkout process was smooth and the shipping was extremely fast for coming across the border from Canada to the US.

Bought the first rig thru Best Buy and it showed up with the front glass shattered. Called Bedt Buy, no real help. Called CyberPower, and after a couple phone prompts I was directed to an actual human, in the US no less. They suggested a couple things, but we were not able to get the machine up. Took it back to BB and ordered directly from CyberPower. The machine arrived in perfect shape in two days and was roughly 600- less than Best Buy. The folks at Cyber are awesome. I will absolutely be back.

This is the most goated computer ever

The website made it very easy to customize the PC to make it exactly how I wanted it. The PC came quickly and was packaged really well. The build quality was very nice and clean. I had to call and confirm it was me before they even charged my card and I appreciated that level of security.

Great pc very fast and great deal. Highly recommend cyber power.

These pc get sell with pretty good specs and with a pretty good price. Now here is the big problem those pc have a terrible psu that cant power your gpu and cpu enough. It will work good for 1 year then your psu will just crash everyday multiple times i will never buy again from this brand and I dont reccomend it.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)

I chose this PC based on the pictures shown on the website, but what I received looked completely different. The advertised system shows a 360 mm liquid CPU cooler, three RGB fans at the top, and a much larger-looking graphics card. The PC I received has an air cooler, no top-mounted fans, and a very different overall appearance.

I’ve attached photos comparing the advertised PC with the one I actually received.

When I contacted CyberPowerPC, they told me the images are only example systems and referred me to a small disclaimer under the photos. While I understand that now, I don’t think it’s clear enough. As a customer, I expected the PC I paid for to look much closer to what was advertised.

The disappointing part was being told that if I wanted it to look like the pictures, I would have to pay extra for upgrades. That wasn’t my expectation when making the purchase.

The PC may have the correct specifications, but the marketing images gave me a completely different impression of what I was buying. I hope CyberPowerPC uses photos that better represent the standard configuration or makes it much more obvious that the advertised system includes optional upgrades, so future customers know exactly what to expect.
