Great gaming pc company. This was the second system I’ve purchased from them (1st one was many years ago). The system arrived with a faulty motherboard (most likely damaged during shipping). But they fixed it and sent it back relatively quick and the system runs great!

the PSU is multi piped, causing safety trips on the 5080 GPU - making the GPU crash after 1 to 3 hours. This PSU wasn't the original one I ordered (the original one was on back order) so you guys called me and said this PSU is the same, which it's not. The original one I ordered is single piped and wouldn't cause my GPU to crash. I sent a support ticket in yesterday night, will be planning to hear from you guys today.

This is my second purchase with CyberPowerPC, and I’ve been very pleased with both experiences. The build quality is excellent, and the attention to detail. especially with cable management and overall installation, really stands out. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

This system has performed exceptionally well so far and has been a significant upgrade from my first purchase made nine years ago.

I use the system as a business computer and single shooter game playing. it is very fast. i love it!

I paid $4,720 for a custom desktop that has had four hardware failures in just over one year. The system arrived with a leaking water cooler. Three RMAs later — including a full system inspection — the root cause, a factory cable routing defect, was never identified by their own technicians. I found it myself. A replacement GPU failed within 24 hours of clean installation. When I requested a system replacement, their supervisor told me replacements are limited to parts only and that there was no further escalation path. The system has been unusable for over 20% of its lifespan. Their warranty explicitly allows replacement at their discretion. That discretion has not been exercised. Proceed with caution.

Fast shipping. Inconvenient with having to take a picture of the credit card and my ID. Although I understand they want to prevent fraud and do not mind losing the business because it but they charged me THEN they wanted to see if I was really who I said I am. This was triggered because I wanted the computer to be shipped to another address which is different from my billing address.

Got a great PC at a great price and it was built quickly and perfectly. 10/10

The ordering process was a little confusing on the website. But once I called in and was able to speak with someone they made it very clear. I have been looking at CP for some time, but never had an opportunity to buy until now. I had recommended them to other family members and friends, we are very happy with CP. keep up the good work!

They always make it easy to customize yourself a PC with whatever you're needing and whatever you're wanting. They kept me updated every step of the way and shipped it snug and safe. New machine is gorgeous and is running just as gorgeous so far!

It was expensive, but the result is well put together and feels worth it. Clearly built with care.

I chose to buy from Cyberpower due to the price of the computer. At the time of purchase, they had a discounted system that met all my needs, compared to similar brands. The packaging was great and the set up was easy.

Never been disappointed

I really like the computer, the shipping was the only issue. The hard drive was knocked out of the motherboard. I was worried that it got messed up but it works great. I also wasn't sure what it is as I was used to the older hard drives and the help line was closed when I received the package so I had to do a fair amount of research to figure it out.

Delivery was timely, performance is outstanding, cable management pristine. 2 for 2 with builds no issues.

I have ordered several pcs from CyberPowerPC over the years. Each time I have been very satisfied with the quality of the product, the ease in which I ordered my custom built pcs, and the shipping and handling was on point. My only concern is that my son recently ordered a pc and the case came damaged - I recommended this company to him and hopefully they will do right by him.

I’m happy with the build and how the PC runs. The buying process ended up being a bit complicated but wasn’t the end of the world. I also was not provided with screws to secure my graphics card to the case. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

This is my second build from CyberPower. Very user friendly website allowed me to build my desktop to the specs I wanted. High quality brand name hardware at reasonable prices. Very pleased.
