I purchased a fruit basket for a friends birthday. I am in the UK and the destination of the gift was in Portugal. The ordering and payment was effortless as was keeping me informed of the order progress right up to delivery. I am assured it arrived and is very good quality fruit. It looked great in a photo I received. One point, I ticked the box on the order for a photo on delivery, that didn't happen but everything else was flawless. Overly complicated process, but beautiful flowers
The simple process of ordering flowers was turned into an unnecessarily complicated process of phone calls and coordination. The flowers were beautiful, but the headache and uncertainty of the ordering and then delivery process made it impossible to be a surprise delivery. I definitely will not use the service again, but again, the flowers were beautiful, their process was annoying.
