Terrible automated logic, flags clean sites blindly and harms businesses.
This company operates with zero transparency. Their automated scanning bots are incredibly poorly calibrated, resulting in damaging false positives for legitimate web developers and small businesses.
Recently, their engine flagged my business domain on VirusTotal while the website was hosting nothing but a completely clean, 3.77 KB static HTML maintenance page. More than 90+ top-tier cybersecurity vendors (including Google, Kaspersky, and Bitdefender) confirm the domain is 100% clean.
To make matters worse, this vendor does not provide any public scanner, direct contact, or clear delisting procedure on their website to resolve their own technical mistakes. They blindly flag domains based on lazy keyword matching rather than actual malicious behavior or malware presence. Unprofessional and harmful to the web development community.
