Fraudulent company that pressures you into large cash/tikkie payments while fixing nothing and telling you they need to order components. DO NOT ever use this company. Absolute Scam!

Liar, this company is total a liar.
They didn’t not fix anything but ask you to pay immediately by cash for 1100 euro for checking, you got nothing and a bad CV ketel. It’s a total scam.

I needed a company to check and maintain my 2 boilers. I called in the morning, the attendant didn't speak English and told me someone was going to return. Nobody did and I called again. A lady heard my issue and told me a Technician would call. I asked about prices and she mentioned that the specialist would inform. The technician called, I explained and he said he needed to see the boiler. I agreed of course, he came, I explained to him the issue, and read an email from another company that gave me instructions on that kind of issue, so, the diagnose was done, not by them. He asked me to buy a part to replace in the boiler and when leaving wanted to charge me 170 euros for the visit and diagnose. I called the company with the technician here and they asked me to hold the guy here that they would call back. They never did. And in the end I ended up paying 45 euros so the guy could leave. The part arrived and now I can't reach the technician, he doesn't reply. For me, this company looks like a scam. Be careful.

Unreliable company.
Their technician charged me 380eur for 30 minutes job and he left with saying that everything was in order and working. After the gas was enabled the next day there was no warm water. I've been calling the company every day for a week only to hear how the technician would get in touch and come to fix it today. That was almost two weeks ago (without warm water) and now they don't even pick up my phone number - when I try from another phone number they pick up and tell me the same lie.
No responsibility whatsoever.
Their google reviews are most likely fake because I left mine there and it's nowhere to be found. Fraudulent behaviour - not to be trusted.

This is a fraud company. Charged me more than €800 to repair the leakage from my CV boiler. The issue is still there and now I dont have hot water as well. I called this company several times to get invoice and also to relook into the problem as its not resolved. But these frauds now don’t even receive my calls. The situation got from bad to worst that now I have to replace my whole CV boiler with a new one. I am also going to write a complaint to the consumer forum about this. Never ever take service from these frauds.

I called yesterday in the afternoon around 16:30 the girl in the call was polite and we talked about to get a technician to come (in an unspecified time). 30 minutes later approximately the guy calls and we talk a bit about the problem (no quote yet this was my mistake to not pressure on the matter) after that he asks me "Can i come in two hours around 19:00 or 20:00" i was happy of course and felt lucky i said "of course".
Guy comes at seven spends 15 minutes and then slaps me with a 278 euro invoice for doing jack nothing and saying you called for an emergency service, and assuming what can be the cause of the issue, i obviously argue knowing what full well it will not to lead to anything.
i never asked or was told this is an emergency visit. i was to pay close 300 euro for a guy to come and tell me my boiler has an issue.

I had a radiator leak in my living room, and it was causing water damage to the floor. I called this company and they sent a technician out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak efficiently.

I contacted for a CV boiler maintenance.
I paid 378,13 EUR and I didn't get the "Sticker Checked". After the technician completed the service, I found out that the water hose he used to put pressure to the heating system was left open and connected to the system. The hose became loose, causing water to flood the area and resulting in humidity damage.
Very poor service, highly expensive, and they take no responsibility on any damage they might cause.
