An ex-regular customer experience.
Parcel delivery notified as 'in a safe place/out building'. Translation: p1ss wet through, under a bush, 1 mile from the delivery address with delivery card stuck to gate advertising to any passer by a parcel was nearby. There are other reasons to avoid this company.
