Never received order, customer service slow to respond, still have not received order

The outfits on this site look cute and unique so I was so excited when I found them. A week after ordering I was sent a tracking link that when clicked said my order had not shipped. I patiently waited but the status did not change after 2 weeks so I reached out to customer service. 2 weeks later they responded and said they would send a replacement. It had been another 2 weeks so I reached out and still have not heard back after a week, since I’ve ordered it’s been 2 months, no outfits. This site may be legit but they are certainly not organized and I would not order from them as you’re risking paying a lot for one outfit and not receiving it.
