Took money for order. Once confirmation came through they emailed to vaguely say they had supply issues so orders may take longer than said. 3 weeks later no item has turned up and have requested refund with no response.
Site is clearly selling items they don’t possess and are not sure when or if they can get them for customers. Clear sign of a business operating in bad faith. Avoid.

Hello Jeffery, Thank you for the feedback. You placed your order on 28th April and we shipped it on the 29th April. I can see from our message history. We had contacted you to advise you that your order had been delivered to an incorrect address by royal mail on 7th May and asked you to confirm your address. In the meantime you had emailed separately asking for an update on your order. We replied explaining the situation with your order again and asked for you to confirm your address and had no response. In your email you asked us for a refund and we then went ahead and refunded your order. We received this review after we sent you your refund. So I can only assume that you haven't seen any of our emails and they might be in your junk folder. Which is why you think that we have just refunded you due to stock issues etc. I can assure you we have ample stock levels in our office to fulfil our customer orders. I do hope that this experience hasn't put you off from order in the future and I can only Apologise for the communication issues. Thank you :)

Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

Excellent service provided
I recently ordered, and mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the plugs that I needed. Carmelo Was the support agent who reached out to me initially about my order, and the one who assisted me throughout in order to get an exchange. Their responsiveness, and approach to handling the issues on my order (which were my fault) were ideal and incredibly appreciated. An example of a great employee.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing that sick looking envelope come through my door! I ordered a selection of plugs and tunnels on there free plug promotion and like everything that they've chosen to add to my order!

Order not received and not trackable
These plugs were suggested to my son because of the high reviews he ordered them January 24th and a month later still hasn't received them. He's contacted the websites customer service many times and their responses are to contact the mail carrier for our issue. The mail carrier that was "supposedly" used and shows on tracking on our end cannot be tracked due to the order being out of the US. No refund and no product!
