You can set up Cusrev to only allow reviews from verified customers that purchased a product. Also cusrev allows store owners to store reviews on their own website, Remember, all reviews can be manipulated, so buyer Beware. As a store owner I appreciate being able to store reviews for my products on my own website and respond to them without having to have an account on a third party website.I other words, I own my reviews.

This company send products of your competition with reviews requests and get paid for it. And their support doesnt answer anyone when trying to complain about it

Great review software for my website, using WordPress. 551 reviews in 6 months, very happy with it, and no constant nagging to move over to a paid service, I did so of my own accord, Thank You

I wanted a refund for this review plugin as it is very basic, you cant even turn the reviews you got from cus rev onto their store that you pay for with pro version and you have to start with 0 reviews. Not only that but the review plugin is not recognised on google or any other platform as being an integrated review platform so google will not accept them. I requested a refund, they got back to me and said they will refund the pro version, which I asked for a day after purchasing it so I am within my rights to cancel. Since then no refund has been given and with countless emails sent to them they have not responded at all, even though during the time with other questions they were freely emailing me back multiple times. But when I asked for the refund they have since decided to not engage in any communications and have stolen my money. Now I will issue a bank reverse charge that will charge them a fee for the dispute. A silly lazy process for them to force me to do to be honest. Dont trust them.

I use CUSREV on my website. All reviews are required to have made a purchase on the site from real customers. My only complaint is that they are not as recognized for a third party review site as TrustPilot even though CUSREV is more trustworthy for real reviews. CUSREV requires a purchase to leave a review and TrustPilot does not, so you can leave fake reviews on TrustPilot easily.

Easy implementation. Very good GDPR compliance and customer verification.

Its a scam site with fake reviews

I was recently scammed by the site agro-fluid.de
Before ordering from them I checked out the reviews, there was only one review on trustpilot.com with a 1 star rating but 682 reviews on cusrev.com
There were both positive and negative reviews on cusrev.com which made it quite believable.

Checking things again, after being scammed, there were some warnings that I should have paid attention to.
The company doesn't accept credit card, have a fake "Google Trusted Store" logo on its home page and never responds to mail nor telephone calls.

On cusrev.com, agro-fluid.de answer some of the negative reviews.
What is interesting is that they write a valid parcel reference number to a shipment they are supposed to have done.
I checked those numbers and they were indeed valid which convinced me they were genuine deliveries, but I now understand the whole point of faking a negative review and answering it themselves was to include this tracking number.
Thinking about it after being scammed, it is now obvious to me that no serious company would publicize the tracking number of their customers on internet for everyone to see.
So I'm pretty sure all reviews on cusrev.com are faked by this company.

Why I give cusrev.com a 1 star rating is because there is no way for me as a scammed customer to report this company to cusrev.com
What is the point of having a website for customer reviews where the scamming companies control the reviews and cannot be reported ?
