Originally ordered in pink but wrong size, so ordered again in different size. Returned the original in October but they never accepted the return so it was sent back to me. Re-sent back to them in November and im still waiting for my refund (Order Number: 89548). No refund and no reply to my emails despite chasing and providing proof of postage etc. The tracksuit is really lovely but terrible return/customer service. Only order if you know your size and are not sending anything back! PLEASE can you now refund me

I'm following up on several emails between the company. Have tried calling but it goes to an answerphone. I've emailed you again with my order number #143883 which shows the amount paid including deliveries charges totalled £202.98. We were not made aware that a custom charge of £86.36 would be incurred after shipping. This is not clear on your site.

I ordered a tracksuit the price was 127€ on 1st November and it still hasn’t came. Also they don’t reply to my emails. Very poor customer service!

Really poor experience with the company. Ordering from the UK so paid the £7 delivery charge and was then sent a letter to pay £67 customs charge which is fair enough and I completely understand this but this is written no where on the website nor when placing your order so I assumed they had a contract where this was all covered. Contacted them several times via email to ask if I didn't pay the charge and the delivery company returned the parcels to them would I receive a refund and twice I received the same response from them saying they were busy and they'd let me know when my order had left the warehouse.... so they obviously weren't reading my email or they weren't understanding it because it was in english. So my next email I translated to German for them and I finally started to get somewhere although they still weren't answering my question of whether its stated on the website about customs charges or if I could get a refund. They just replied "this is normal when ordering from abroad". I then sent numerous emails to which I got no reply until 4 days later. This was on going for 2 weeks when they could've answered my question in the first email. Really disappointed as I had high hopes for the company after seeing so many good reviews on social media and now I won't get to see the tracksuit.

Clothing fit well. Delivery took longer than it said on website. DHL sendungverdolgung came on the Thursday that it was on its way but never showed any update. Phoned up n spoke to a woman who was helpful on the Monday n then a couple of hours later got a mail saying it was on its way, arrived the next day. All in all 12 days rather than 2-4 but it arrived.

Loved the tracksuit for my daughter

I ordered the tracksuit and yes it will take a while bc it’s international so you shouldn’t expect it within 2 days. Which didn’t bother me because i understand that, i received it and it just good quality and so warm. I need to get more of them!!

I order a hoodie on the 6th of November. It’s has almost been a month and I haven’t received it. After emailing them, they said that I’ll get a refund however it’s been over a week and the money hasn’t came . I tried emailing them however they are yet to respond .

UPDATE 2 they replied to my first update and said they couldn’t do anything to help because they don’t have my name or order number. So this isn’t an actual review but since they don’t reply to emails I’m contacting them by sending this review. Simple and friendly website, pleasant shopping experince

ive ordered a tracksuit which took 11 days to arrive and then ive requested a return/revocation and its been more than 24 hours and ive still not received a reply from info@cus**lo.com or their whatsapp or their instagram. So im shipping it back with hope ill get refunded my full £115

Claims they have a delivery time on 1-2 days. I ordered on sweatshirt for a gift the fifth of November, and received it today, 10 days later, 8 days later than promised, I needed the shirt for birthday this weekend. I contacted customer service to get a status of the shipment in the middle of last week, where they promise they will reply within 24 hours, still haven’t heard anything back…
I will not be shopping here again. I will ship the shirt back, as I ordered from bareen, better quality and they delivered a order placed Thursday on Friday, so I had a present for the birthday.
