Ordered black polka dot angel sleeve dress for an informal ballroom dancing event. It's a perfect fit and looks very feminine. Lovely and floaty. Doesn't crease. Perfect length just above ankle I'm 5'8" tall. Comfortable and easy to wear. Arrived on time and was well packaged.

Convoluted returns policy. I ordered and used a 10% discount code, which paid for the £3.99 postage. When I received the 2 items, one was the incorrect size. I sent both items back, only have the 3.99 deducted from my refund. I contacted them about it and they refused to budge and no apology was given for sending the wrong size. Would not use again. Their refund policy does not state postage is deducted.

On opening the parcel, as I had ordered identical dresses in different colours. One dress was stuffed in a bag, inside out and looked like it had been returned, the bag was opened ( the other dress was neatly presented in packaging)
On trying on this dress size 24 it was more like an 18! Really disappointed with this purchase.

I ordered a dress which I really liked and it fitted well. However the dress is full of static! I tried EVERYTHING (that wouldn’t damage the dress) to get the static out of the dress but unfortunately couldn’t. It completely sticks to my body when I try it on (which is very unflattering and not how it looks online on the model) and it makes my hair stand up. It also gives people beside me static shocks and whatever I touch gives me a static shock when I try it on. I was over the returns policy days, however as the dress was faulty I hoped that I would be able to send it back (it still has tags on and has only been tried on in my house) and get a refund. I contacted customer services and whilst they did say they could send a replacement out, I declined as I know by the material of this dress it would do the same. So so disappointed as I now have a dress that I can never wear. Such ashame as I had recently found this site and had ordered a few items for holiday. Definitely not reflective of the way it looked on the website!!

Ordered a dress. Not through their fault but really didn’t suit me. Very easy return and refund process. Received refund sooner than they advised. Definitely would order again.

I purchased the basic black leggings and they are sooo nice! The fabric is soft and supportive and the waist is high which I like! Would recommend sizing down.

Curvewow Keyhole Midi dress black pink floral - I have washed the item once as per care instructions on the label, 30 degrees, delicate wash. I made sure there were no items in with it as it is such delicate material and I did not put it on a spin cycle.
It has discoloured in several areas and also started to rip at the mid section after just one wash.
I am so disappointed. It, in my opinion, wasn’t cheap at £35 and I really love the dress but I am really upset that this has happened after only one wash.
You do expect much better when you’re paying upwards of £30 for a dress.

Have contacted via email and provided pictures to curvewow and requested a replacement dress be sent out. So will wait and see what the response is!

Ordered a khaki jumpsuit was lovely but didn’t fit right needed a bigger opening gap as couldn’t get in it so had to send it back
Had a few things from here never had a problem before

I'm so used to having to size up to get an accurate fit that my order ended up being too big! Actual accurate sizing and pictures and nice speedy delivery.

I had never bought a dress from here before, but I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely perfect on me super flattering and incredibly comfortable. The sizing was spot on, which is always a relief when ordering online. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

After my own bad experience with curvewow of a missing parcel I see numerous other similar complaints of parcels going missing after paying extra for high cost “quick” postage.
When contacted CurveWow give extremely blunt, short responses denying any responsibility and simply “ we cannot help further”. They take zero accountability for their actions and the legal contract they have to safely deliver a parcel.
Whilst the quality of the clothes is hit and miss, I needed an item urgently for a last minute event. Cue ordering and paying extra for delivery and eventually the parcel is marked as delivered. But no parcel appears. 5 days of searching the parcel appears dumped on my doorstep by the fairies it would appear as the delivery photo shows nothing but someone’s foot and the ground, no door no evidence it’s even my address.
I have politely contacted the company regarding the missing parcel and the refund of my additional postage to be met with “no refund given”.
Customer service is abysmal and I am now taking this complaint to external agencies as this is not the first time I have been scammed by this company.
I strong suggest all buyers avoid this company and spend their money on a reputable brand with better customer service.
Edit- the responses on here are more detailed and polite than the actual customer service which says plenty

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! There seems to be a recurring theme here in the reviews - damaged parcels, items not arriving. I reported over 2 months ago that half my order was missing from my damaged parcel. Same message as everyone else "delivery driver being interviewed - can't confirm when you will receive refund". This is unacceptable. I am at a loss, I have paid for items I haven't received.

Normally great,cant send itam back,nice in the page but looks like a sheet or bathroom towel when on,bought itams in the last love them! I have no returns label and no contact details, but reasonly good dilivery hence 1

Second time ordering and did not disappoint. It’s hard trying to find decent plus size clothes that actually fit nice these days. All the clothes fit lovey, true to size and I love how the fabric is stretchy. I will definitely be ordering again
