CNC is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is useless, and the way they communicate with customers is unprofessional and condescending. The owner likes to boast about a military background and running the business like a Navy ship—but in reality, it’s nothing but chaos and incompetence.

I placed an order for sale items that were already sold out, but the company never bothered to notify me. If I hadn’t emailed asking where my order was, I likely would have been left in the dark entirely. Because of this negligence, the gift I ordered showed up weeks late, and their idea of making it right was a hollow “sorry.”

To make matters worse, their products are grossly overpriced, especially considering they’re just cheap, mass-produced items from China. CNC treats customers like they don’t matter, and my experience makes it clear that they don’t.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of leggings for my wife's birthday as she LOVES the leggings the company produces. There was an inventory error and the rep reached out asking if a different color would work. Sure why not right? The style was not the same (I ordered seamless with pockets and they sent no pockets with booty scrunch). I ordered February 15th and finally got the (wrong) leggings on the 25th of March. While speaking with the customer service rep all I got was excuses about being a small business and veteran owned instead of owning the mistake and even said the error was my wife not liking the leggings versus the actual error of poor inventory management. As an active member, using veteran owned as an excuse makes me even more disappointed. I will just go with gymshark instead...

I've decided that my last order is that, My last order. I've spent so much money with this company it's not even worth it. I put in an order November 27th and didn't receive any kind of update emailed them to no response and ended up getting my order December 28th..I'm not even mad that it took that long I'm very understanding that I submitted my order literally right before black Friday. It's the no response for me that did it. Then I received an email to rate their products and because I rated it a 3 because of that they won't post it. And I've seen other reviews that weren't 5 stars being removed as well...that's dishonesty at its finest. And then, to pride themselves on being American made but leave tags on that state made in china... might as well order your leggings off of amazon...its cheaper..hugely disappointed.

These are honestly the best leggings I’ve ever worn. I’m a curvy gal and always struggled with leggings not staying up on my waist, not stretching with my movements enough, or becoming see-through when in those stretches. The leggings I just bought from them solve all those issues; they’re my new favorite pair. They’ve passed all the tests I’ve put them through with flying colors. I can also say the conceal carry leggings are extremely effective. I’ve been waiting for years for someone to do carry leggings. They are a life saver (literally).

They claim their leggings are "Born in USA" but they are Made in China! This company overexaggerates and overpromises, they pressure their ambassadors into buying products every month with the high hopes of becoming a sponsored athlete one day, and meanwhile, Instagram Influencers that have a bought following and edit their photos get free product from them and get made into athletes without even being a previous customer first, completely cut the "process" they tell their ambassadors they can achieve if they work hard. They prey on vulnerable, insecure women, and pressure them into staying and to keep buying due to their fear of missing out being apart of a "women veteran community" that "empowers women"... The "women veteran" that started the brand did not even complete her full-term air force reserves contract... she has even lied about being active duty and how long she has served, stated 4 years in the reserves (the reserves does not even offer a 4 year contract for a first time service member, not possible), and she didn't even complete 4 years as it is, she did 2 years and a couple months, then got away with it so she could build her brand based on this huge lie.

I paid for shipping insurance although I don’t even know what for if they don’t do anything when you don’t receive your order. You’d think they’d use the extra money for ups or something but no. So it shows that usps delivered it but it certainly wasn’t in my cluster box. I reached out and two times now all they have done is ask me if my address was correct (which it is) and tell me to check with my postal carrier (which I have.) No type of resolution has been offered whatsoever. I was really excited to get these leggings my friend has been raving about but honestly after this it will be the last order I ever place here. It’s not worth the hassle, other companies have no problem getting a package to me or friendly helpful fast responses if I have any questions. I feel like they’re trying to brush me off. Why charge shipping insurance if it isn’t helping my items actually get here?

I love CNC and their customer service has been amazing. Katelynd has never once made me feel stupid for my questions (even when I think they are -especially after sending them). I receive responses/updates quickly. I’m usually on the end of receiving horrible customer service -But never when reaching out to CNC.

They are great at responding quickly and have a wonderful team of people who answer any question I ever have!

They’re always so professional and on time!

Anytime I’ve had a question or even an issue with a manufacturer defect, they answer the same day and will answer my question or send out a new pair right away. I can’t think of any other company that is quick and efficient as they are. They genuinely care about their customers.

I move around quite a bit, and I always forget to update my address. When my monthly curvescription kicked in, I realized that it was going to an old address. I reached out in a panic, and Katelynd handled my issue professionally and promptly.

I was received a pair of leggings and noticed a run in them as soon as I put them on. I wasn’t sure if I did it or they were sent to me like that. I debated on just dealing with it because I thought, ‘no way they could do anything for me.’ I was wrong! I decided to email customer service and explain, and they immediately got back to me apologizing about the leggings and sent me a new pair. The process was so easy and they were really nice about it.😊

I accidentally ordered the wrong size of leggings as a gift for one of my friends and was able to easily exchange for the right size once I realized my mistake. Communication was quick and process was extremely easy. Katelynd is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

I recently ordered a few items and right before I hit submit one of the items was not available in the color I ordered and my order did go through. I immediately got a message from Katelynd letting me know and offering me the availability to switch colors or get an immediate refund! I was really impressed with how fast the hiccup was caught, was treated super well and my order was shipped out the very next morning and on my doorstep within a few days! It even included a hand written note and a few weeks later I received a card in the mail from them as well! This company goes above and beyond to help and I am legitimately impressed!

I stumbled across CNC in 2019 and fell in love the moment I tried in their leggings. Super flattering, comfortable, squat proof, and not just made for the gym.
Their customer Service has always been amazing. Anytime I have an issue or need assistance they are quick to respond and help. They always go above and beyond For their customers.

Always super quick to respond customer service is amazing. Very understanding and accommodating. This company truly is a community. They love all their customers like family. I have been shopping with them now for 1.5 years and I have never had issues with anything. The entire team is amazing. I can recommend this company everyday to anyone and everyone. No one has been disappointed yet.
