Brilliant service, all my phone calls were answered straight away (so nice to actually talk to a person these days) from ordering the curtains and them being delivered (before the estimated date) was excellent. I may have submitted an earlier review, but wanted to reiterate how fantastic the CMS service has been over multiple blinds and curtains. I recently made a regrettable mistake of ordering a blind from a much more publicised competitor by mistake. I am absolutely thrilled with my curtains which arrived this week and look wonderful. I have always enjoyed making my own curtains, but the length and weight of fabric is now proving harder to handle so I took the plunge to have someone else do the work. I couldn't believe that they came all pulled up to the right size, with the hooks in, all ready to hang. I didn't even need to iron them. It has been felt like a real luxury and this will enhance the experience in years to come as I use the everyday. I would definitely use them again.

Firstly dont be put off by the querky non flashy and under professionalised website its "Ronseal" does what it needs to and well, not unlike the company itself. I have used a multitude of the online make up services with limited success, however CMS reminds me of days gone by, where the customer actually mattered and you could get exactly what you wanted. My order was turned around in less time than was advised, the quality of make up suberb and the price unmatchable!!. Long may they continue. Thank you CMS for an excellant service.

This is a fantastic company! The made to measure curtains and blinds they make are immaculately made and delivered in 2 weeks. This is the second time I've ordered from Curtains Made Simple (curtains and blinds) and I will do so again. The ordering process is easy and there is an enormous range of fabrics to choose from and they will send samples before you order if you like. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

Absolutely love my new curtains. They are totally perfect. The website clearly explains the measuring and ordering process. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The curtains came well packed and hung / draped beautifully straight out of the box. We ordered eyelet curtains for the lounge with blackout and interlining and already we can feel the difference - no more drafts! No issues with the courier service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The three roman blinds are absolutely perfect! The quality of workmanship is outstanding - both with regard to the correct sizing and the beauty of the blinds themselves.
Furthermore I wanted to make a size increase several days after my order and Curtains made Simple kindly accommodated my request.
