Honestly the only person who really stand out on my quick shopping and quick return 😁 with my child was Reese. Hats off to him. Great customer service my child felt that he is important 🥰

The store in Sydenham was under staff. The wait was ridiculous.

Quick delivery great service

We wanted a television but unsure which would be best for us. The young man in Curry’s was great and talked us through the options until we were satisfied that we had the best for us.

Today I tried to purchase 3 items as advertised, at currys sydenham . My previous experiences at this store have been positive so I was disappointed that today was really bad . There was firstly a female member of staff who dismissed my request for assistance with find someone on the shop floor .
At the counter , the gentleman was rude , I actually thought for a moment I was on the set for faulty towers . He informed me firstly the items did not exist . But later said I had been misinformed and that I needed to order from a different currys and collect at the store in the old kent Road. This is despite,my phone telling me the sydenham store,would be able to supply the 3 items . Aswell as giving instructions for the 5.6 mile journey . I also tried,to purchase another logik kettle on offer but the price had nearly trippled so I left it . I will not visit the store unless I have to .I am 83 and if I had treated a customer the way I was when I was at work I would have been sacked on the spot.

Had to wait 20 minutes before being served. it seems you don’t have enough staff on the shop floor. 2 customers walked out

Nice big shop with lots of stock and very friendly staff

The staff at Sydenham are delightful and so overworked I feel as if Curry's is compromising their human rights. King and Kaylee helped us. King seemed to be doing at least three people's jobs. With his help we selected a computer and he went away to send someone over. We waited 50 minutes and we were about to leave when Kaylee came over. In the waiting time we discovered that the speakers were very quiet in the computer we nearly bought. We had to find out for ourselves that it would be no use. Kaylee then found us a different computer and saved the sale. Unfortunately we left with Office Home 2024 when we were trying to buy 365. We now have to go back which is incredibly annoying. By the time we made the purchase it was ten to seven and we had been in the shop since 5pm so exhaustion was a factor for us and for the hard working and excellent staff. You cannot expect to run a business like this.

I spoke to Chris at the store who then got Junaid to help me. Both were friendly. Junaid acutally took the time to listen and matched the price with another site where the price for the same TV was much lower. Helped me with the sound bar that I wanted and gave me all the details and clear instruction on the delivery as well.

The team was very professional, caring and polite. They listened to our needs, supported us along the way and was very patient. Chris

Kayleigh from Bell Green branch was literally amazing helping me with getting a new phone contract. There were multiple issues with getting my contract approved but she spent over 2 hours with me sorting it out on the phone to different people to help and even stayed past the shop closing. Calm and professional throughout and was just tryna make sure i got the deal I wanted. Appreciate you so much !!!
